Aside from the money-grabbing implications of the statement, I absolutely hate when statements like these use the word "could". Here are some things Destiny 2 "could" be:
The highest rated game of all time
The best selling game of all time
The game that creates world peace
The game that leads to the curing of cancer
None of these are remotely likely, but even if there is a 0.00000001% chance they occur, the statements are technically not lying.
For those curious, even though the email only references how to activate the code on PC, you can still use it for PS4/XB1. You just don't activate it through the PSN/XBL Stores, you do it through the in-game store.
@lowkey254: Dark Souls has frame rate issues and is IMO one of the greatest games ever made.
10/10 isn't perfection; this isn't a school test. It's simply the highest score GS gives. If they only gave 10s to "perfect" games, no game would ever get a 10, and then a 9 would become the highest score GS gives, and thus would become functionally the same as a 10.
@spartanx169x: No problem. Yeah, I'm thinking Rumble in particular will do the trick. It's basically a combination of Rocket League and Mario Kart, so there's a lot of chaos and randomness and that can often reduce some of the skill gap.
Edit: That being said, level 50s will still beat you. So if you are still getting stuck with people flying for the ball and what not, try ranked.
@spartanx169x: I play on PC and not Xbox, but were you grouped with anyone who owns (and is decent at) the game? The game tends to put more of a bias on the highest skilled player when matchmaking a group.
Regardless, if you're having trouble playing with players of your skill, try Rumble or Hockey. Both are more for casual fun. Alternatively, try ranked. Ranked can often times be more fun if you don't actually care about your rank, since it puts more of an effort in placing you with similarly skilled players.
I really don't understand why they won't put Demon's Souls on this. I'm a 360 convert and I would love to go back and play it (I'm an huge Dark Souls fan), but I'm not going to buy a PS3 for one game.
