@7tizz: In the US, only on PSP out of those options. It started on PS2, and spread to PSP, Wii, Wii U, and 3DS

I may be wrong, but I thought that VLR was in the same style as this game - 3D models as opposed to graphic novel-styled images.

Regardless, unfortunately I have to agree with the ultimate score. Graphics aside, the characters can feel hollow at times and the dialogue is not the best. It's hard to compare with the previous games as they are 20 hour games that I played when they first came out, but I recall them being much better about this.

Also, there is one very important twist that I'm really not fond of. While the game technically does not cheat, it's a cheap trick.

Go the path of Rayman. Go back to your roots and make the best possible 2D Sonic you can. Then think about expanding.

I paid for the demo and it is awesome. So stoked for the full release!

I sure hope there's more to it than in TDB and HoW. There wasn't anything in those expansions.

@Ripper_TV: Nope, they said that PS4/XB1 cross play was possible, and PROMISED cross play between XB1/PC (this was not a feature at launch).
