Well yeah, the One had such a crappy launch, it wasn't more powerful than it's opposition (unlike the Original Xbox, which was MUCH more powerful than the PS2, and the 360, where it took several years for the PS3 to catch up and overtake in visuals), it wasn't available worldwide, like where I live, 1 month is enough for the PS4 to arrive, whereas the One probably more than half a year. Even then it didn't have a universal PSU so importing one was tricky. Also bundling kinect was a bad mistake and raising the price so it seemed like it was worse hardware (bigger, slower, always online, pricier, literally everything you don't want to do with your product).
@Bowser05: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/cortana-voice-commands#cad645fe5f434ffba6738d103180ea1e go to the revert to xbox commands and you'll have your beautiful voice commands back.
@dirthurts: If Sony were to allow the option for the GPU to run at 911 MHz and enable it's full potential, it would help lots of frame rate issues. Sadly Cerny seems sure that having 'stable' compatibility with non-Pro games is better than having a slightly riskier but more rewarding version, even if that was an option that came with a warning. Even Microsoft let the One S run faster so several games benefit.
On one hand, allowing more people options and letting more players (PC) play their titles is great, on the other hand, having 'no exclusives' on the Xbox One is a bad for the console. Also their PC ports are iffy, like FH3. And I would ask you people who keep bringing up that because the One has no exclusives PS4 is best, would you build a PC?
@Moonco: As far as I've seen he hasn't pushed Kinect back people's throats, put always online and no used games back, and charged 499. I mean yeah he's not doing anything special to push the 1st party to create some great games, but you can't say he's as bad as him.
Big shame and mistake, because most of their exclusives are shooters. The fact that two of their first party studios are dedicated to Halo and Gears (and none have produced a great Halo or Gears), kinda shows cancelling a JRPG really reduces their variety in exclusives.
@poemann79: Good choice, even though I haven't finished DOOM on PC compared to fallout 4, it's probably because I haven't found a collectibles guide for the second half of the game. But you'll have fun in DOOM.
