The host is still under a stupid amount of load from all of the new severs and people playing. Remember, as time goes on only more and more and more PC gamers are going to be picking this up so we should see an increase of numbers.

Anyways the one hosting company is desperately trying to expand. I don't understand exactly why only 1 hosting company was picked, they could have had 3-4 and still kept the server files closed and only available to server providers. That would have helped disperse the load quite a bit and fix most of our problems.

If I had to guess it was an Activision deal. Anyways we got dedicated servers. Anything is a step up from PC P2P gaming.

Well it's just in 3 hours I managed to join one server, but yeah, activision probaly got alot of money for making it gameservers exclusive.

Going to suck horribly, I'm sure that it'll be F2P, a ton of micro transactions and you can only get good weapons from the cash store.

Log into his steam account and install it, then launch the game once in online mode, after that only start steam in offline mode. You'll be able to play it at the same time as him just fine.

Engineer with CG2 I really hate the idea of the increased blast radius perk, they should make rocket like they were in BF2, almost impossible to kill someone else with

not really minium requirements need a Intel Core 2 Duo or a AMD Phenom x3, i don't understand why it cant take my AMD Turion Ultrax2 (2.5GHz). Everything else i am ok with, Enought RAM, Space, Plenty of GPU Speed. put CPU doesn't match up

You would have been able to run it fine, I ran MW2 at a singlecore 1.6 ghz CPU, HD 2400 Pro GPU and 1.5 GB of RAM. I had it maxed out, no lag at all.
