We compare the Xbox 360 with the PS3. But I think you should compare it with the PS2. (Don't compare the two brands in hardware power but in evolution stage)

THEORY:

When the original xbox was released and microsoft was out to prove itself in the industry with titles like: Halo, Ninja Gaiden, Fable, PGR, Forza. You could compare that stage to the PS1. With the 360 they took what they learned from the first try & only made it better with more interesting titles: Gears of War & sequals.

I feel like it won't be long until they'll make a third console to compete with the PS3. The Xbox has a shorter lifespan then the PlayStation, but that's okay because Sony had a good 10 year headstart & that way they'll cath up.

I feel like: in a few years a new Xbox will be released & this one will probably have the same hardware power as the PS3 and then we'll see who's the best. Hopefully, when that happens, developers start making 25-50 GB games instead of the Xbox 360 8 GB games to a PS3 Blue-Ray disc which can handle much more!

From Pacman to Assassins Creed in 30 years. I bet that back then, they never could've imagined how games would look right now.

I thought about this question for a while: How much higher can gaming/graphics go?

I'm hoping that in the future, developers will have the power to put a whole planet (earth or fantasy game) realisticly in view (like GTA or Mirrors Edge, third person or first). Every street, every city, every river and people respond naturally to ya like in Assassins Creed. The entire planet as an open place where you can do what you want. And from there the developers can build on it and make whatever genre of game they want. A driving/flight simulator, an online Sim game or an first person shooter. Now I don't know what the future will bring. A PS6? Super realistic HD screens? Touch Technoligy? Virtual Reality? I saw this movie 'The Island' once, and Xbox Live was a virtual game:D These days every game recreates cities (Midnight Club LA, GTA, Test Drive Unlimited). So I don't think its an unrealistic thought. Everything in 1 game, no more stuff like part 4, part 5, or like a new update in sport games every year. Just online updates. 1 Ultimate game.

I imagined myself the Ultimate Driving Simulator: All cars. The entire world is the place where you can drive. You can set up races everywhere you like. Race on circuits or tuner races during the night to drifting in the japanese hairpins. Rally, F1, Nascar, every carsport in 1 game. Plus an online community where you can meet everyone and go anywhere on the planet & drive together. Everybody would make an avatar that would resemble themself as closely as possible, not this crap we have today.

Now when this stuff comes out, i dont know if that'll be on a console standing in ya living room. Or something totally different. What do you think/hope will happen in the future?
yeah I hear all he is doing all these S class moves and he can't even use them unless he is sacrificing himself.wolverine4262

the only real move he has learned is the wind shuriken...yes, it tears him up...
his real power is sage mode
I bet it all comes down to something like this: Sasuke uses his power to control the 9 tails. But I still have no idea what he'll do with it. Team up with Naruto & attack Pain or use it's power to destroy Konoha?

I don't even like Naruto. The games that are focused primarily on fighting stink, but games like Broken Bond have exploration and fighting, and well... it's actually kinda decent.fakecliche

And that's the reason why it'll get higher ratings then UNS. In the US they'll rate BB higher then UNS and in Japan it's the other way around.

Well I havent got to play the BB demo because im silver at the moment. I tried to activate my 48hr gold memebership, but my 360 decided to say screw you and take the code, but not give me gold. ROAN left a real bad taste in my mouth in the figthing area. All I have to say is that BB looks to have the same fighting macanics which is not a good sign for me since i really disliked ROAN fighting. A game can have depth and online but that doesint mean anything if the game is broken on and offline. THats the way I felt about ROAN. When I get my hands on the BB demo ill give my thoughts on it.finalfantasy94

I hope you get to play the demo. It starts with a platforming part: Naruto needs to make his way out of the village and catch up to Gaara. After that you get to play as the 3th Hokage and fight Orochimaru & the 1st and 2nd

The fighting hasn't changed, except for that you can now fight with 3 ninja s in 1 team. And when you make seals they're at the bottom of the screen so you don't have to look them up in the jutsu list.

You're right about that over the top action on the ps2. UNS is nothing compared to those partner attacks in Accel 2.

I don't follow the USA eps but I do know that the moment it got aired all the english naruto games were produced, so if we need to wait like 30 weeks until Shippuuden & then another 20 weeks just to have a Shippuuden game. 1 Week = 1 Episode.

I guess around this time next year :P or if we're very unlucky 2 years.

I forgot to mention that both have an open Konoha to run through.

But one more big plus for BB is that they use the original music from the show. Most Naruto fans will apreciate that.

BTW, to people livin in the USA, how far is Naruto on TV? The sooner Shippuuden begins there the sooner those Shippuuden video games are gonna come. Because I hope these will be the last Naruto video games with him being so young.

Yeah UNS wins in my book too. Naruto is ment to be a fighting game more than a platformer/rpg/whatever type of game they make about the franchise.

But after playing the BB demo I just start to wonder if I should pick that one up as well.

I just played the Broken Bond demo and I must say I'm very impressed. Just as impressed when I first played the Ninja Storm demo.

Broken Bond: the platforming has improved, like the mini running game & tree jumping. And the fighting is way more fun now you control 3 fighters.

Ninja Storm: i like the fighting in this game more than in broken bonds, way more! I can't say much about the platforming because I haven't played it yet but I don't think it will be better than BB.

I just wish they could combine both games together in 1 Ultimate Naruto game based on the first 135 Episodes. Let Ubisoft make the platforming and let Bandai/Namco make the fighting.

Wich game do y'all prefer?

Next = God of War 3 & Killzone 2 on Xbox 360.

If the day comes that Gran Turismo 5 comes out on the Xbox 360, I'll kill myself. Better yet, I'll kill the CEO of Microsoft Gaming for thinking they could built a gameconsole. :D

But seriously, Soul Calibur 4 went multi so you could see Tekken follow the same path, right?
