I'm getting a console to replace my PC, because it's time to update it and I desided to buy a
high performance console instead. While I was a PC gamer, I used a PC game pad. I played
Call of duty with it, and it is impossible to aim with PC game pads mapped to mouse movement.
I am having horrible visions of playing an Xbox 360 or PS3 with a controller like the Rumble
pad 2, where it is not possible to play an FPS. Are there aiming issues with the Xbox 360 or PS3?
If so, which console is better for that?
My birthday is the 29th of november, and I will be buying a PS3:lol: I was pllaning to get the 160 GB version, but I have 2 issues: 1: My dad saw how expensive the 160 GB model was and neerly had a heart attack.
Also, the 160 GB comes out THE DAY AFTER MY BIRTHDAY!!
Think I should get the 160 or 80?
[QUOTE="vishawn"][QUOTE="vishawn"]look... i desided to get the ps3 because all my friends had it, i hate gears and the red ring happened to 3 of my friends so I decided the 360 sucks. why do you care any way, and I didn't mean hardware, I meant XBOX LIVE!!! the hardware is better in ps3, but games look the same.DataDream
Forgot to mention, the 360's graphics ard is actual better than the RSX.
Ok - so either your post here is lying or your profile is lying as they are totally contradictory - maybe you just need to update your profile?
And again you are making the statement that the graphics in the 360 are better - even though you now have a PS# - which is a matter of opinion.
However if you really do own a PS3 now then I am not sure why you would still be dogging on a possible model (the 160gb) or even suggesting the graphics are worse when anyone who reads anything about the system knows there is no difference.
If you are technically saavy enough to make the bold statement that the 360 has a superior GPU - then how in the heck do you have no clue as to the fact that there is no difference between the 160gb model of the PS3 and other models?
Sounds like ya got caught and are trying to backpedal now - and not doing the best job of it.
Here's a hint - if you are looking for genuine advice on anything - first check the facts for yourself - and secondly when you ask a question don't make a bunch of negative statements about the platform you are asking about. That is a sure sign of a troll.
I'm not trying to be mean - but as I said if you're smart enough to research the GPU differences between the 360 and PS3 and determine the 360 is better - then how can you not know there is no difference between PS3 models?
Wow... you just won't quit, will you? All right, when did I ever say I had a PS3, I do not yet own one, I am just trying to figure out which model to buy, and I heard something from my friend that the 160 GB will have downgraded processing due to the removal of PS2 backwards compadability in the new 80GB and the 160GB. Jeez, excuse me for trying to make a decision as to where I should put my money. I just don't now if what my friend said is true or not, so why not just give me a straight answer to my question without attacking me here and we can both get on with our lives!
