I remember being blow away by Splinter cell's graphics and loved the gameplay! it is still one of the best games i ever played. I loved the fact that it was not a walk in the park and you really needed to uses your gadgets! Now they are trying to give the player so many options and possibilities to go throught the game that you don't really need to think, you just need to choose an option. And in some situations that can be better, but it can also make it worse...
I love the fact that Gamespot is not giving the 9.5's as easy as 3-4 years ago when we had 2 games that scored a ten and a lot of games with 9.5! They really learnt from that! So by scoring 9.0 it's almost a 9.5 in most other places! And you just know when a game scores 9.0 it's something special unlike with IGN that scores alot of games higher then 9.0!
Not saying that destiny will be the best fps ever but i think those pcgamers saying fps don't work on consoles are just arrogant. We still have perfect dark (97 metacritic), golden eye (97) and halo:ce (97). Also halo2 being one of the best multiplayergames. Not saying that they are better than fps on pc, but don't be arrogant
Since when do we play pics? You have to see a game in motion to notice it's awsome graphics. Just like i can post pics of uncharted 2 that look bad.. all the same.
For once, look at a game in motion before judging it's graphics.
