I haven't heard of the specific site, but most of these places are legitimate. However, a lot of sites that deal in stuff like this, while legit, are very, very, inconsistent in terms of customer service. Depending on the game you want, it might be worth it just to fork over the extra cash to buy a game retail or on Steam.
Both Combat Arms and Crossfire, two fairly popular MMOFPS's have a game mode that is essentially Free-For-All, but I'd be shocked if you haven't tried at least one of those before. I guess another option is Quakelive/Quake 3, its not a military FPS, but it does have a large player base and is considered the game that sent multi-player FPS gaming into the modern era.
