OK FIne, I overreacted to the Wii Games are bad message. BUT an overwhelming majority of them are with only a few exceptions. I forgot about Zack and Wiki, Trauma Center, No More heroes. Guess my prediction is going to be proven wrong pretty soon.
I'm tired of all the crap on the Wii. Why is Nintendo letting such poor quality be put on their system? Is it because they just don't care? As long as their own titles sell, they don't care if other publishers put S**T on their system. I mean the entire library of Wii Games is practically crap. the ratio of good to crap is almost 1:7 i'm guessing. Ok, i'm going to make a prediction about Gamespot reviews for Wii titles. Every Wii game (not published by Nintendo) reviewed on Gamespot from this point to the end of this year will get between a 2.0-7.0 rating. Wait, I'm going to extend the prediction from today onto June 2008.
I mean, does Nintendo look at the reviews for the Wii games? They are all bad, ranging from 2.0-7.0, usually getting above a 7.0 is rare.
This trend doesn't bode well for the system's future but i'm hoping somehow things will change.
I know that the new PSP Slim has a cacheing ability that makes games run faster, along with double the internal memory too.
How much faster though? Will it improve load time significantly for older games?
If I convert .avi's to the mp4 format to use on the PSP, will the mp4 file remain the same size as the original avi? Or would it be a lot bigger or smaller?
i'll ask this hypothetical example:
converting a 360MB video file into a mp4, would the mp4 remain 360 MB?
Nintendo sure makes great games sometimes, but for their Wii games they haven't been doing all that great. Pokemon Revolution, Mario Party 8, and Brain Age for Wii all have bad to average review scores, but it seems to be doing very well. Those games seem to be selling as good as or better than Xbox 360 games with good reviews.
Even on the Wii's Virtual COnsole, they release bad games for. These are examples of bad VC games volutarily picked out by Nintendo themselves: China Warrior, Legend of Kage, Lode Runner, Sword of Virmillion.
I wonder if Nintendo cares about the reviews of their games. It seems the public sure doesn't care, they still buy them despite bad reviews.
Doesn't it hurt them to see all these Wii games getting pummeled by reviewers?
