@Monsterkillah I'll give you a serious response.. On a personal level no. The consoles are almost identical except for the slant of the PS4, but to me, that wins it. It's like they've taken that little bit more care on the design. I like the light up logo on the XboxOne, but aside form that it's just a black box.
The PS4 is also smaller than the PS3 = major bonus! :)
@alkrmr18 They showed off Knack using remote play, and they've said that every game for the PS4 will support it. The only issue is only being able to use the second screen within the wi-fi limits of your house.
That said however it will provide the opportunity to take specific games on the go and carry on where left off. Dragon's Crown etc. for the PS3.
The Vita has a LOT of potential, it's just struggling due to lack of big name titles.
@Kristan1711 No.. But having the ability to play on a separate screen whilst the lady watches something that I have no interest in is a massive bonus. Not to mention the fact i'll be able to take the thing overseas on business trips. It'd be a hell of a lot more use to me than Kinect - which in all honesty, would only ever remain on standby.
@ziggymandias Aye.. We've got posters up in GAME advising people to pre-order a PS4 if they're planning on it as they won't be able to meet demand. I still haven't though... Just holding out a little while longer :P
Be interesting to see what happens down the line.. Fingers crossed for the best.
Now that they've got the PS4 on it's way, and the renewed partnership with Panasonic to create the 300GB Blu-Ray discs by 2015.. Things could be looking up.
How anyone can portray the game as sexist is beyond me..
*SPOILERS*
After Joel's injury Ellie has some serious challenges to face; the hunting, finding medicine, fighting off David etc. Then her decision at the end to give herself for others.. Couldn't be any more of a powerful lead.
The female characters in this were the strongest. It was refreshing.
