It's a Beta. Don't count on that for ANY gauge on performance at all. Might be this might be that? NO . Don't even think of "issues" or upgrades until Dice and Ea have sorted all that crap out. Textures are grey etc..of course its a beta..another things, BF4 on current gen systems, looks like complete Garbage, I mean it looks like a game from 8 years ago. Complete crap. IDk about you guys, but the DICE team better be getting their crap together for the launch at end of Oct. I pre-ordered and everything too like , I am sure alot of you did, But I would not hold your breath for a "out of the box" working like it should title.....

Remember, the developers get pushed by the publisher for a release dead line, so they can make that $$$$$$.....which in turn makes DICE have to sacrifice precious time and much needed development work to reach that deadline which is most cases are rushed, bullshit, and no fair.

I don't even know what your trying to get an answer to?

You should do anual maint. on your tower to get rid of dust etc .....

Check the thermal paste on the CPU to make sure its not dried out etc....

If your fans are not spinning at their full potential then you will possibly get an overheating system

Dude, glad you posted this: so this morning I was getting so pissed off about BF4 beta that I read on a forum on some tips

I have a similar CPU to you so this may or may not work for you but here we go:

First, get latest drivers for GPU recommended for Bf4 beta

Second, navigate to the directory for BF4 beta folder, look for the direct x install .exe and run that.

Third: navigate to the temp folder (use search then %temp&) and delete all

NOW AFTER I DID ALL THIS : I still had stutter.

I couldn't even change my video settings in BF4 with getting a DX error and it would quit.

After I followed the above steps, I was able to change the settings FINALLY :)

Lastly, i know this is a beta, so this is gonna sound weird what I am about to state, but I KID YOU NOT!!!!!

When I set my gfx settings to low medium high, I got really bad FPS, so I said screw it and CRANKED it to ULTRA and PRESTO...smooth as butter....

i don;t know why, I don;t care to know (probably bc its a beta build) but now I am in ultra, beautiful FPS action.

Go to your motherboard website and confirm the memory sticks your using are compatible with your mobo.

Make sure your mobo is seated properly in the case and no shorts are occuring.

Make sure your cd-rom drive is up to snuff and it isn't causing glitcthes in the windows install due to a bad cd-rom drive (hard to test that)

That's all I have for now. If you want more direct help message me. Not trying to toot my own horn but I have been in the IT industry for 14 years and have built at least 40 PC's and troubleshooted all kinds of crap in that time as well.
