@lamprey263: I know it's a pain, but if you can give us any clues as to what you're seeing, it'd help us immensely (see the first post in this thread.) Super helpful are: screenshots, the landing page in the Play/App Store, the name of the product/service being advertised. Our ad networks try to prevent these, but sneaky advertisers seem to find ways to get them in sometimes, and the most effectively way for us to combat them is to be able to point them out to the network folks.
@zintura: what type of issues are you looking to address with this? We have a range of ways to get in touch with folks here, but I'd like to learn more about what kind of help you're trying to get "on the go," so we can try to find the best approach.
@elheber: Videos in new tabs should no longer autoplay - they will wait until you focus on that tab. If you see them autoplaying still (before you focus on that tab), please let us know what browser/OS you're on.
The help link is just mailto link to support@gamespot.com. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, but it does rely on your PC having a program configured to send email. If you don't have an email app, just go ahead and use support@gamespot.com email.
Board search seems to work as far as I can tell - is there something specific you're looking for? If you can give me a link for the page where search isn't working for you, that'd help.
