Nah, it will be a meme forever. This will be comparable to Jordan's 'flu' (drunk) game if the Heat win, and LeBron wins 3 more rings.

Speaking of rings I think its ridiculous people keep talking about Lebron's legacy if they lose.

Who said all their titles had to be consecutive? Theyre built for the long haul. This is realistically the Spurs last-hurrah.

Regardless of the alternating wins (since Pacers series) I like the Heats chances in G7...because as ridiculous as it is, they play far better when theyre backed into a corner and all the pressure is on.

So I guess a Headband-less Lebron is gonna be a "thing" now, lol. At least for a couple days.

Whats strange is Miami never plays with the same intensity like they did in G7 or G2. Its like they have to suffer a loss before going "Turbo" (the term used on ESPN).

This game was G6 vs Pacers again. Settling for jumpshots and 3s.

Spurs are great and I dont mind if they win it all. Realistically their last Finals in the Tim/Tony/Manu era...Heat barely got together two years ago and were built for years to come.

Just wish their effort was always on max. Green/Neal are not gonna make all those 3s again. Just one of those games where they were on fire.

Kobe can't guard LeBron. Nor can anyone else on the current Lakers roster. This isn't 2007, when both Kobe and Ron Artest were still good/great defenders. LeBron would dominate, and I mean dominate the Lakers. 'If the Lakers had worked out' Define 'worked out' Worked out like it would in a video game? Sure, that would be appealing, but lets not deal in hypothetical situationsNo_Hablo_Ingles
Ok youre right about their season being hypothetical now but youre still making Kobe out to be extremely inferior.

Sure no one can gaurd Lebron...same difference...no one can gaurd Kobe. It wouldn't be about them defending each other. Finals or not, its a great match up because theyre two superstars who can score at will. Theyre the only 2 who have consistently been compared to MJ for good reason (theyre not obviously, but...) you can't deny the caliber of these 2 players battling is a big deal.

I want a Magic vs Jordan finals! Who cares if they are 50? Dude, it's MAGIC and JORDAN! Lakers vs Heat would end up as a sweep.

What the? First Magic vs Jordan actually happened and second your age comparison is quite ridiculous.

You make it sound like Kobe can't play anymore. Unless youre referring to his injury. Regardless, if the Lakers had worked out and no one was injured you can't seriously think the Heat would sweep them.

maybe in 2007....

So what, not anymore? Dude its KOBE.

Lebron, Wade, Bosh vs Kobe, Howard, Pau in the Finals would have been the matchup of lifetime. Just unfortunate the Lakers season didn't turn out like we thought.

Why on Earth would we want to see Miami steamroll a much worse team in 4 games?

Come on you know what I meant. Had the Laker thing worked out and without all the injuries.

Lebron vs Kobe is must watch basketball alone...in the Finals would be epic.

I'll pick the Heat since they can destroy you when they really want to but if the Spurs win Im perfectly fine with this. Im not really a Spurs fan but theyre cool and its most likely the last time they'll be here in this form.

Today was the way the Heat should have played all series. Its frustrating to think they only play with urgency when theyre backed into a corner.

Heat have literally everything in their favor for G7. Home, No back-to-back losses, Chris Anderson back and any struggling is rare 2 games in a row.

This will come down to one thing imo...the Heat's effort.

So many times they become complacent and phone it in just because they have more fire power.

Stop settling for jumpshots and hesitating just because you see Roy Hibbert. One guy can not beat you.

Well in general nothing surprises me either. The NBAs rules and refs are full of crap. Thats a given.

I know the Spurs came back in that game just meant its not typical and the Pacers clearly had the upper hand by this point.

I still pick the Heat to win. They'll be home, neither team has won or lost 2 in a row and overall struggling would be rare in 2 or 3 consecutive games.
