LOL at Doug Collins. Saw he's not planning to return as 76ers coach.

He's just mad he lost Andre Iguodala and the others with the Bynum trade.

He was all upset not that long ago after a loss talking about how management should own up to their deals. Own up to what? Its no ones fault Bynum couldn't get to play. Its just an unfortunate circumstance. What did he want them to do exactly? Magically bring in some great players after the fact? So dumb.

There might not be any other options but its pointless with Howard a free agent. If he wants to leave he'll leave.

Like I said before it was already a big ?.

Im sure he meant Howard not Nash, No Hablo.

But really what makes people sure he'll wanna stay? Theyre out of title contending for next year. Would Howard wanna wait for Kobe's return not knowing how the rest of the team will be by then?

Him staying was already a big ? to begin with.

The Lakers weren't winning a series with or without Kobe. This sucks more for the ramifications for next year and Kobe career more than it does this season.-Halftime-
Well I just meant if they made it WITH Kobe itd be a far more interesting round 1 to see how they would play.

I dont doubt for a second Kobe will return. I didnt even think anyone could go straight to surgery the next day. 6-9 months is like next March or April but I dont think he should play til the 2014-15 season cause its too late to return in March/April. Regardless of how well he is. It depends how good the overall team is at that time too.

Well LA making the playoffs is pointless now. The first round is literally gonna be a cake walk for the 1 seed. Seriously they could dribble with with one hand while holding a slice of cake in the other lol.

Part of the reason I really wanted them to make it was to shut up Charles Barkley. Ok so he was right about the possible injury and the continued struggle but he was overly certainly and made these claims right from the start...saying theyre too old. How can you act like youre 100% sure when there is over half the season left and said team is hovering at the 9 and 10 spot?

Whoever thinks Kobe is done is crazy. He wont allow himself to end this way. Although this really makes Howard's decision to stay or go way more interesting.

Ive never seen Kobe so upset than during that post interview.

Someone asked if that was his last game. Ridiculous...there is no way Kobe would let himself end his career that way.

Well we'll all know for sure tomorrow.

A year? You mean its worse than a torn ACL?Coaches are there to manage the team but it was Kobe that wanted to play and guarantee a playoff spot.I agree LA needs another coach...but its funny, there is no way Mike Brown could have done worse. Plus all the various injuries. Firing after 4 losses was absurd. They had other reasons for firing him.

Kobe has played all these minutes because wanted too. Dantoni isn't to blame. If that is the injury how long is someone usually out for with that?

Aww come on. You know thats a huge difference than what weve had. It must not be too heavy either cause its meant to detect head movement and its only held by straps.

Plus from what I read and saw its actually functional. Not an eye burning, headache inducing light show.

Im sure some would find it irratating and it would need getting used too but it sounds like it works for now.

In order for a technology to become standard it must be accessible by everyone. Many people cannot use 3D or virtual reality without experiencing dizziness and headaches, meaning the technology will remain a gimmick at best, at least for a few more decades.Black_Knight_00
Well thats true but I said eventually. I think technology will one day be able to produce VR without health problems. I mean its only logically so, technology gets better and better.

I looked up the Oculus Rift and it seems awesome. Its a great example. Before we only had helmet/goggle machines that were big and annoying that at best vaguely gave the sense of VR.

I use glasses so I dont know if Id be able to wear both at once but hey, there are contacts if push came to shove. I really dont want contacts though lol.
