Stating the obvious, really. Based on our currency, we are definitely getting a killer deal compared to the rest of the international community (for the PS3, I mean).

thats one way to look at it, to me its not worth it here, and rest of the world is getting ripped off even more :/
The 360 didn't have it at launch either and Lemmings have been using it as some sort of "ownage" that the PS3 didn't, this is significant.
They still had that year while 360 was out, it doesnt matter if they just launched 5 months ago, they had an extra year for development, they should of learned from ms mistakes and had it from the start
the 360 upscales dvd's even without the hddvd addon.
well i have tried both vga and component on my 40 inch samsung and to me i think the vga looks a tad better
altho if u can get the vga cables for only $20 i would def buy them, then just see which ones u prefer, that is if u already have component(comes with premium) if u dont have either i would just buy the vga then.

I thought everyone was clear that X-box 360 GPU is overall better than PS3's GPU. Same... Plus that's an NVIDIA dude talking, so I would take that with a grain of salt. ATI card always have better PQ. As a single card X1900XTX > 7900GTX...

It will actually help the sales believe it or not. March saleswill probably increase to around 200,000 or so because of that game. well he didnt say by 200k he said to 200k which would mean it would have to move around 75k more consoles.
it could possibly happen but i doubt it, i dont doubt motorstorm will sell more copies than that but the doesnt mean it will convince ppl to buy the console for that game. there are alot of ps3 owners with not much to play, i would buy motorstorm aswell if i owned a ps3
