that sucks man, i would just keep callin and asking for someone higher up, like youve been trying, and insist on them to fix it for free.

thats what a friend of mine did and it finally worked.  i love my 360 also but no denying that their reliability isnt that great.

[QUOTE="PS3_3DO"]

[QUOTE="True_Gamer_"][QUOTE="Vandalvideo"]They are extremely overexaggerating. Besides, their games are the LEAST pirated because they use freaking Starforce and CDKEYS that require activation. Even a pro like me would find it not worth while. Vandalvideo

Well I agree 100% I would suggest these guys to wake up and understand how easy its to pirate on consoles...
Piracy on PC:
1. Venture in warez vira ridden sites.
2. Get a virus/Format PC
3. Venture in warez vira ridden sites with a bit of luck not getting infected
4. Download game risking ending up in jail.
5. Again repeat steps 1-3 to find a no cd crack
6. A patch releases so wait for a No CD crack to be released
7. In case of starforce risk breaking down your entire machine
8. Finally able to run a buggy non patched game.
9. NO Multiplayer because that requires an original game

Piracy on consoles:
1. Flash your DVD drive at your Xbox360 or have it flshed for €50
2. Rent a game
3. Copy the game
4. Take the rented game back
5. Enjoy your €5 game.

Dude it's far easier to pirate on the PC than on a console.

No, no its not. I could do it in five minutes. Besides, I could always just social engineer me a copy of any console game I wanted. Social engineering is another form of hacking after all.

actually its alot harder then u posted, well maybe not harder but there are also risks involved just like pirating pc games

risks:
1)mess up your console
2)how long will it run, do u really think ms is gonna ignore it forever?
3)if u wanna stealth patch your games u gotta search for dmi and pfi files

And u can always use social engineering to get pc games aswell, piracy is bad on pc and bad on consoles. But most ppl who pirate console games also pirate pc games considering u need a pc to do both

[QUOTE="XboxUnderground"]god you cows are pathetic it's pathetic that GTHD barely looks more realistic than PGR3XTy

Think about it.

GTHD (GT4 with AA in HD) Vs. PGR3 (360 upcoming exclusive)

A Free Downloadable game Vs. a $60 dollar game.

A finished game out NOW Vs. a Game not even here yet.

A Higher Resolution Old Game (GT4) Vs. a Brand New 360 Game for 2007.

You made this thread bro, and many here aren't cows. Im a lemming.

huh?
dude pgr3 came out at launch, u are thinking of pgr4 which i dont even know if there has been any footage shown yet
some lemming you are, dont even know what 360 games u talking about

either way i think gthd car models look better but with more stuff happening onscreen i dont think gt5 will look any better, or maybe look a tad worst.  we will just have to wait and see.  ill be playing both so dont really care

[QUOTE="mis3ry"]Lol, every second thread is about the article  Props to GameSpot, they finally said what everyone was already thinking.Animeninja7
What about the Wii? No online, bad 3rd party support, games almost minigames etc... Why couldn't they do an article about that? Now please respond with an intelligent answer.

The difference is the wii doesnt cost 500-600 dollars, so even if its lackin in some features it isnt as big of a deal, well atleast to me. At 200 dollars u dont even need a reason to buy one, could be an impulse buy, not to mention they are selling like hotcakes.  Thats why theres no wii article.

[QUOTE="Shad0ki11"]Still doesn't sound like anything we haven't seen before.Dilrod
Does the 360 have the ability to have the publisher hold a live event that you can win stuff? Thats just an example. Its like getting to go to a convention. I can see it now.. Next years gaming conventions also broadcast virtually over the ps3 with prizes and stuff being awarded for participation.

well they had pgr tournaments

[QUOTE="Yagami-Iori"]If it was on X360, it would have suddenly gained more than one single player mode, some offline multiplayer, more tracks, and more tracks & vehicles? That's frickin amazing!GermanShepard06

Motorstorm was designed to be online game from beggining, who the hell would play a game of this type as a single player? lol. this aint no simulator like GT or Forza.

it was? thats why the japanese version launched with single player only?
oh yea adding multiplayer 3-4 months ago must mean from the beggining now and days :/

I don't find any videogame that really is art. Videogames are more about emotional art, than visual art. TaCoDuDe

depends on the game, i would say okami, eternal sonata/trusty bell and a vast majority of other cell shaded games to be a very artistic

[QUOTE="cakeorrdeath"][QUOTE="Nike_Air"]This isn't some little leaked screen of a game , this is considered tipping off the competition in a way. They were asked kindly , but Kotaku does their own thing unfortunately.

Haseokicksass

It's not Kotaku's job to make sure Sony's news is released in the way Sony wants it. I think it is terrible that Sony feels it should be able to dictate to Blog sites what the can and can't print.

They asked them nicely not to do somthing and htey did it anyway . Would u want to be friends with soemone who told a secret that u really dident wnat to be known?

wow u guys sure like to spin this, its not like sony told them about this and asked them not to spread the news

it was a rumor, and as a news/blog site they  have a right to report about it, even if they ask them nicely why should they take it down if they have every right to have it up

this is no different then when rumors of xbox zephyr were surfacing yet microsoft didnt blackball every blogger or news site to post bout it
