Oh don't get me wrong. Donkey Kong 64 is a brilliant title and one of my favorites of all time as well, but rounding up all 201 bananas is enough once. I don't want to do it again. Multiplayer on the other hand, is still a blast. Lanky = Pure Ownage.

Yeah, rounding up that many bananas was a pain in the rear in. I hated it but that still didn't stop me from enjoying the game. I never did beat DK 64 :(

I love that game so much. Yet again, I got super far (some castle with a giant cardboard cutout of king K Rool) at my friends house, and his little sister deleted the file.

is that the castle were a huge cannon shoots you to the sky? thats creepy castle i had a hard time with the boss in that level lol

Be thankful you didn't have to race Canary Mary for a jiggy. It pushed my thumbs to their pyhsical limits on my 9 year old persona.

alot of people had trouble with her as did i but i managed to beat her and rigth after i was done, my thumbs were in pain!

All pure truth. The Jinjonator sequence kicks the crap out of most game bosses now even. The music was pure epic and got your blood flowing. Even when you lose, you just want to keep trying because of that music.

man your so rigth everything about this game is flawless and the first time i got up to the jinjonator i was shaking cause i didnt want to die after all ive been through with grunty but once i summoned the jonjonator i was so happy and when i heard that banjo-tooie was coming out i was shocked aswell. as the sountrack i liked banjo-kazooies better and my favorite in tooie is gruntys industries, that track is so cool for some reason.

That's exactly why I can't praise Tooie as graciously. Nothing can touch Banjo-Kazooie's soundtrack. Spiral Mountain, Gruntilda's Lair, Mumbo's Mountain, Treasure Trove Cove, Clanker's Cavern, Click CLock Woods, Freezeezy Peak, Gobi's Valley, Mad Monster Mansion, Rusty Bucket Bay, Final Boss Music, Title Theme, and even the jingle that plays when you get a jiggy. Absolutely phenomnal. Not a single track that I hate.

Banjo-Tooie had far less intresting tracks and even asa child I knew something was wrong when "WHY IS EVERYTHING MOVING SO SLOW?" Humba Wumba and T-Rex trnasformations are what saved the title. That and Dragon Kazooie.

Excellent. Gruntilda still gives me a run for my money to this day.:P Easily one of the best end game bosses ever.
