@Yams1980: Still have to get permission from the publishers. Take-Two and Activision will hold out in most of their games.

@wkadalie: After about 10%, Xbox gives a choice to download campaign, multiplayer, or zombies first.

@tom_cat_01: Fallout will do great, I'm sure, but those other titles will fair well.

@Keitha313: It will most likely be avaible to first run copies as well. BLOPS2 said the same and I picked it up a few days later and still got it.

@jcharp: Agreed. A mp only game at full price with a $50 season pass is not very appealing. Beta was alright, but not great. Should have released the beta earlier in the year.
