Google Chrome for me. It is quite basic, simple, and faster than the other web browswers. I just got sick and tired with all the pointless buttons and applications that Firefox and IE had.
Best part of Google Chrome is the Incognito Window.

Crysis: Warhead in both categories.
Company of Heroes for RTS. The Gold Edition (which includes Company of Heroes and Opposing Fronts) is really cheap now, but the game is amazing.
If you have Windows XP, you should go old school and get Warlords Battlecry II.
It was game of the year when it came out, and I still find it fun (even after playing Age of Empire, Warcraft, Warhammer, and Company of Heroes). It is a cross between an RTS and RPG. You customize and upgrade a hero which gets XP per kill/battle. The RPG aspect is very in depht.
The RTS area of the game is great. This is a fantasy+sword and shield game with humans, undead, high elves, dark elves, dwarves, barbarians, daemons, and more!
When you ask if your set up is nice, people will respond with a disregard to price. They will consider the fact that you have an endless supply of money. Therefore, you should say what is the maximum amount of money you are willing to put into your computer's set up.
However, the set up you have posted is very nice. You will be able to play all games on it, yet they won't be on higher resolutions (higher than 1440x900), nor will you be able to properly play with the highest graphical settings.
You will be able to play Bioshock (graphics high, but resolution low), Crysis (graphics medium-high, resolution low), Company of Heroes (graphics medium-high, resolution low), Warhammer 40,000 (graphics high, resolution high), and any PS3 or Xbox game on high graphics settings but medium to low resolution.
So to answer your question: Yes, you WILL be able to play all games, BUT they won't have optimal settings. I know this because I have a computer with about the same settings as yours.
You should have put a price cap, so we could figure out the best set up for you.
For about $700: This will be a good starting point if you just want to play online, but are not concerned with graphics and the need to upgrade in a couple of years.

NOTE: I did not include: keyboard, mouse, speakers, and moniter. These items are more personal, and I can't really suggest any of it.
Unless there is technical revolution, than this set up should last for 5-7 years without the need of an upgrade.
My computer is much, much worse than your's, but it is still better than a PS3/Xbox. So, I should be fine for the next 6 years or so.
Good job of color coding the list. :p
My card is #69 on the list, but it can play Company of Heroes, Bioshock, and Crysis and decent resolution and medium-high graphic settings.
God of War III
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Guild Wars 2
Just wait for a patch. If your problem is not solved than it is diffenitly a graphics card problem. Some games just don't like ATI.
