@peruwolf93:
I don't know if it has been officially announced, but it has been seen on preview program members' game lists.
Xisiuizado's forum posts
@xisiuizado: Without spoiling anything, the actually story is completely different. Which is why I found the marketing campaign so weird.
Yeah I agree... I think it comes down to the fact that the campaign felt rushed and badly put together in places. They needed to flesh out the story & characters more.
But anyway, it's hard to discuss it more without spoiling it.
Thanks to both of you for not spoiling the story. I'm not a Halo fan, but it looks good enough to get for half off during Thanksgiving sales.
A quick question, the new movement options look really cool for multiplayer, but they also look like they can bring new dimensions to the campaign combat. Am I off base, or do the new moves offer more freedom for strategy during the campaign?
If that were true then the WiiU would have sold a lot better.
it didn't sell because:
1. no 1080p
2. no COD
It had both, actually
even x1 has 1080p.. but not it's games mostly
Wii U games have 1080p. Wind Waker HD, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Rayman Legends, just to name a few, all 1080p.
Yes it does. I'm surprised anti-Wii U people even try taking on the console's graphics. Many of its games are gorgeous.

I can see someone not being bothered by it, but I feel that starting parties and quickly checking friend stuff is more cumbersome than necessary.
@misterpmedia: I dont think they will be two scared of that lineup, they do have some big games coming. ReCore, Gears of War 4 and Quantum Break game, them are some heavy hitters.
We know what recore is? News to me. Quantum Break I'd class as the only heavy hitter out of those three.
I'd add Scalebound since people seem interested in it.
LOL
@misterpmedia: Its schedule to release in Q2 2016. Comes from a legendary team, but yeah, i dont know nothing about it other then it has some cool looking robots.
Gameplay?
LOL. A Playstation fan asking for Gameplay in an unreleased game? ROTFLMAO.
Do you not realise that that person I quoted was using said game as a 'heavy hitter' when we don't even know how it plays? C'mon son. That wasn't rocket science.
1) I added Scalebound since people seem to dig it. Personally, I think it looks stupid.
2) Yes, I read the comments and got both commenters' points. Hence, making fun of a PS fan for requesting gameplay. Right here is where the Shenmue 3 reaction gif would be if it'd let me post it. :D
Basically, many Playstation fans use future releases without any reviewable gameplay as a shield for the PS4. Thus, the general PS fan comment. It was meant to poke fun at PS fans in general, not you specifically. :)
@jg4xchamp:
"From how the shooting works, to moving around, to using your weapons and their power ups, to pairing nicely with your teammates, to how the maps are designed"
You just fully described why PvZ Garden Warfare is so great. It's almost like the more time someone spends in a game, the more depth the person sees. :)
@charizard1605:
Ah, but how many of the games have any depth? While many of their games are stealthily deep to people who cannot get over "kiddy graphics," overall, most Nintendo's games are a six to eight hour one-and-done. There is no reason to replay them due to their shallowness.
Splatoon brought this back to the forefront. I was stoked for that game after seeing it, but then Nintendo got in their own way and ruined it. Splatoon has zero depth compared to other TPS games like Garden Warfare. Mario Party, Mario Maker, the various arcade sports games, etc. are the same. They are fun in short bursts, but ultimately just throw away games, which isn't good enough when the platform doesn't have the quantity that everyone else enjoys.
"kiddy graphics" its video games mate, they all look kiddy. You think Halo 5 dont look kiddy? Nintendo games have the best replayability and age better then bout any games around. Why do you think people still play Nintendo classics to this day. I think your confused with story games, these are one and done games, as there is no reason to replay such weak story telling.
Splatoon is not a throwaway game, and neither is Mario party or Super Mario Maker, people will be playing those games for the next 10 years while people wont even remember what Garden Warfare was, like already nobody remembers what it is.
"to people who cannot get over "kiddy graphics,""
Note: I did NOT say me. I was referring to those people who comment about disliking color in their games.
The remainder of your post is complete nonsense.
Ark Survival? (I don't remember the exact title, but it's an early access game on Steam that's coming to the X1.)

@hybrenated:
There's tons of good stuff on Xbox. I will basically list all the major games you won'tget if you get a PS4 (since I imagine that is what will sway your choice):
- Ryse: Son of Rome
- Dead Rising 3
- Forza Motorsport 5
- Killer Instinct
- Titanfall
- Sunset Overdrive
- Forza Horizon 2
- Halo: The Master Chief Collection
- Ori and the Blind Forest
- Rise of the Tomb Raider
- Halo 5: Guardians
- Gears of War: Ultimate Edition
- Rare Replay
- Forza Motorsport 6
- D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die
In addition to the following upcoming games:
- Fable Legends
- Gears of War 4
- Quantum Break
- Scalebound
- Crackdown 3
- Re:Core
- Halo Wars 2
I may be forgetting things here, but I think that should give you a reasonable list to start out with.
^^^^ This. This is the list you want. The only mistake I see is Tomb Raider. ROtTR will be on the PS4 in about a year. Also keep in mind that a few of these games, such as Ori and Fable, are on Windows as well. Good luck with your purchase! I'm all in on Xbox, but if you don't like Forza, that's a big blow against the platform. Speaking of Forza, have you played both types or just Motorsport? Forza Horizon 2 has a completely different feel from Forza Motorsport and is my favorite racer ever, edging out Gran Turismo 3, NFS Hot Pursuit, and Mario Kart Wii.
