I don't. Unlike the Wii U, the X1 and PS4 have the legs to go six to eight years. Additionally, the gen conversions hurt total game sales, so the third party publishers will want this gen to go as long as reasonably possible. The added cost of development that the next gen will have won't help it come any sooner either. Next gen's development costs are going to be absurd.

It's more about how well the PS4 is doing, than any last gen failure. The PS4's sales rate is nothing short of astonishing.

Nope. Their fortitude is admirable, but ultimately fruitless for the Wii U. (Unless you're counting the 3DS as a console. I consider it a portable and, thus, do not count the 3DS library.)

Sad note: It occurred to me a while back that a possible reason that more Zelda U gameplay hasn't been shown is because they realized they aren't capable of building a good, open-world Zelda game and need more time before showing more. It's not surprising, and is similar to Polyphony hiring Forza people to help with GT. They realized they didn't "have it," so they got help. Perhaps Nintendo is getting help with Zelda. I hope it turns out to be good for the Z fans. :)

Second party really shouldn't even exist as a term. A second party is just a studio owned by a platform holder. For XBox, that'd include: 343, The Coalition (STUPID name), Turn 10, etc. I consider them first party studios, since they're owned by a platform holder.

It's true. Line 'em up and see what you get. The XBox lineup is more diverse, more fun, has a higher production quality/value (MCC notwithstanding...I can't believe they were dumb enough to release that in its then-state.), has more replayability, etc. It isn't close.
