I'm wondering if you got your account hacked because you clicked on those shady porn banners while you dload illegal music on them torrent sites-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It's 2012 and not 2002, people don't click on shady links, most people delete their browsing history/password storage, they don't shout their passwords, they don't reply to emails having titles such as ''Rolex Replica'' or ''free Sialis'' or '' shirley has a new video for you'', they have antivirus and firewalls, porn is safer to dload.........im not a fan of Modern Warfare but i have yet to see someones account being hacked....having your account hacked is non-acceptable especially for a single player game. And no I have NOT played Diablo 3 and don't plan to because it shouldn't feel as a threat to play a friggin pc game especially for the solo experience. Security issues are a huge problem, by saying we are complaining nerds you are decreting you are for identity theft.

I totally agree with you. The smart gamers wait. I waited for a feedback before buying this game even though it really DID interest me. The feedback I got is a negative one; online only play, dumbed down leveling system, server problems, accounts being hacked, having to buy a authenticator. All the shine and glitter in the world could not make up for it. It's like buying a cupcake with a juicy fart sitting on top of it. I'll pass untill the problems are fixed. = )

People take actions when it's too late. It starts with online only single player experience, in a few years you will be paying monthly charges for every game that you will be renting for it will be online play through streaming like them java/flash crappy games. Only then will you be whining and boycotting such games, but it will be to late. I feel ashamed to say MOST gamers are stupid, ignorant, with no principles and morals. Sometimes I wonder why I'm not into the whole LMFAO/lady gaga/hip hop thing, why I'm not into blingblings, into cars, why I don't like to watch sports that I don't even practice on tv, why I'm not into them mobile smart phones with those useless apps, why I think Facebook is a waste of time, why I don't drive a truck guzzling gas instead of driving my economic car, why I'm not into reality tv, and why I'm not buying games from companies that want to screw me and remove my freedom. Where did you get your lobotomy guys? Or did you all stuck crayons up your nose like Homer?

It is quite funny to see how Activision, EA, Capcom are getting bad press. They are digging their own graves. They are so lucky most gamers don't actually have a brain or else they would go bankrupt and we would then have GOOD games to play with.

it may be awesome, but 60$ to be renting a game is a bit much. If you don't own it they should have charged 30$ to buy it and then 3$ annual membership to play on the servers. It's like you are buying a 15 000$ car but the dealership can take it back when they want, they can tell you what speed limit to drive, and then they canstart charging you an annual fee in order for you to drive it once the new model comes out.

I agree. It is becoming a really expensive hobby to be a gamer. To make my point let's take a look at Bicycles. 15 years ago most people had a regular bike, nothing fancy, reg brakes, 12 speeds. Then it begun to be cool to have shocks on the bikes and they introduced crappy suspensions that were useless to see if there was a market for it. People would actually shed an extra 40$ to get crappy suspensions so it became a trend. Now a lot of bikes come with suspensions and disc breaking system, and of course it has become a ''standard''. People now think you don't get quality if you don't buy a 500$ and up bike. The gaming industry is pushing and pushing their drugs, trying to fidelize their customers. Of course the regular joe will gobble anything not realising he is getting screwed and has more of his rights being removed as time goes, with less money left in his pockets. I would love to buy Diablo 3 but I'm all against a company forcing me to play online so they have control over my actions. They could shut down the servers when they want, or start charging an annual fee 3 years from now. The industry is dictating, and the dumb gamers are making this happen.

@AlmostHaslem @RAHBRT

better graphics on cod mmmmmmmm as if it was an actual game worth playing.. as for the console fight i have owned MANY consoles from VARIOUS companies and the fight between xbox and ps is pointless. graphics are equal. by the way since when good graphics equals good game? I would rather play FF7 than a fable game with 1080p graphics or a max payne 3 game(quoted max payne because it's not ps exclusive). comparing ps to xbox is like a fight between pc and mac. As for the exclusives, microsofs has better exclusives if you're into online shooters ''à la COD'' and that's about it. some cool titles on xbl though. For single player games ps3 wins the fight. 1 thing I can't argue is Xboxlive is better than Playstation Store as is the online experience =)...I'm a sony fanboy by the way

@Wula_ I agree. In 2012, a well advised gamer is going to read reviews before buying a game. Reviews are usually posted same day as release or the day after. Which is what I did and why I'm not buying Diablo 3. They should vote with their wallet. It's ok to complain, it is not to buy blindly. By the way......HOW HARD IS IT TO CREATE A FRIGGING OFFLINE MODE? Just put an online and offline mode with diff settings and characters that are not compatible! I'm now les poor by 60$ =)
