Nintendo: I remember when you first hit the shelves in 1985, along with Teddy Ruxpin and Cabbage Patch dolls. Not being a particularly girly-girl, I wanted the NES most of all. Never did get one until many years later. Anyway, my love for you was formed that year, and I've loved you ever since. No one, save for maybe Sega, does a platformer quite like you do.
Sony: You are not the end all of gaming. I'm still pissed off at you for overhyping the PS2 before it got out of the gate and effectively killing the Dreamcast. I may play your games (Guitar Hero II = love), but I will never buy your systems.
Microsoft: You just got in the console business for the money, and we all know how the Xbox turned out for you. Looks like you're doing better this time around though. Get some more platformers and I might consider your system when the price for the Premium drops below $200.
Sega: I wish you were still here. Some of my favorite games of all time are on the Saturn and Dreamcast. I love you as much as I love Nintendo. If you can't make it back in the hardware business, I hope that you can find it in your hearts to get Sonic Team back together to do a new NiGHTS for the Wii.
