@Khiladi_786 I don't mind so much, if only because I'm already used to paying my XBL subscription. However, that doesn't change the fact that Sony was sneaky as shit about it, and most definitely only did it because of how badly Microsoft's press is.
Really, any time you're paying an additional service to play games online is an atrocity.. I already pay that, it's called my internet bill.
@GDCalibur Right? Microsoft claims all of their focus on games this year at E3, yet suddenly it's all about services and apps, just like the X360. Me thinks they tried to cater to gamers at E3, and their crappy hardware turned everyone away anyway.
@ShoTTyMcNaDeS I agree, except for at the ending. People will never be accepting of DRM, as this previous generation proves. No one likes it, no one wants it. Period.
@Melchior111 @KemistiOMg @1tch 1tch wishes Microsoft paid him. He's just a fanboy who swears undying allegiances to corporations who only want his money.
All of this arguing comes down to one simple thing. Microsoft is doing an atrocious job in the PR department, whereas Sony is not. Microsoft continues to try to tell people what they want, and failing miserably. If you continue to alienate your fanbase, you will LOSE your fanbase.
