To me, it looks pretty much the same on a good monitor and an HDTV. I dont really examine how they look though

A very effective way of ventilating your 360 is to have it horizontal, and place a book or something like that under it. I have done that, and dont have any over-heating problems.

one of my teachers at college (who is a computer wizz) says "for the temps the 360 runs at the fans need to be running at max RPM all the time". they packed to much stuff in too smaller box.clyde46

They probably put it all in a small box due to the criticism they got from the original Xbox, which was huge.

My 360 seemed to have died on me. When i turn it on, it says that everything is fine, no RR0D, but my screen says that it isn't receiving any input. I have tried using a VGA cable and a Componet cable but both my TV and my computer monitor don't receive any input. Microsoft just says to make sure everything is turned on and plugged in and nothing else. Someone plz help.

You need to buy a VGA cable, which is about $40 new, but it works good, and gives you HD. I have 1 and am pleased.
