I thought it was something on my end. It seems to be effecting everyone else and this new UI is awful. GS screw up again.
I so want to bitch about it in the feedback forum but when has GS stuff have actually listened to us? They are trying kill off the forums it seems.
I'd recommend, if you do go to the Feedback Forum, that you hit it up with constructive criticism. No faster way to get your opinion ignored with designers than saying "this is shit and I hate it."
But if there are functionality concerns, like a lack of page numbers with threads, that's worth sharing with the devs.
I didn't enjoy either game on an immense level. There were highlights in both that were incredible. Both had numerous missteps. and I was left just thinking they were both good by the end of it.
I preferred RDR2. God of War almost seemed more proof-of-concept to me.
But that'd be missing at least Persona, Halo, Uncharted, Pokemon, and a few other franchises; and depending on my mood I may be more inclined to put another franchise on instead of one of those on the list now.
I'm gonna be playing through them again soon. Grabbed DMC5 and it's just Godly... I think the only complaint I have is that the camera can be very finicky in fast-paced movement.
You may have just gotten me to skip 2, but we'll see. At least you have 3 and 4 coming up.
You'll hear a lot of people say skip it. I'm only playing it because of the friend. My impressions:
Movement is better than expected, but everything from the weight of your attacks and the weight of your hits’ impacts, to the level design and the story context and the monster design--It’s all garbage.
