Took a day off work yesterday for some personal stuff and had time at home to play a number of games.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - back in this and just reached Chapter 4. It's good. I like the music and the world and the story that's unfolding, just wish I enjoyed combat more (and I like games with similar combat.)

Devil May Cry 2 - pushing through this because a friend and I are playing through the franchise and he insists on playing it. The movement is better than 1 but that's about as much praise I can give it. Luckily, it's easy. Already on mission 6 of 18 and played for barely an hour yesterday.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider - really liked the first two games, and I'm enjoying my time with this one but something does feel off about it. Can't quite put my finger on what that is. Glad I'm playing through Game Pass instead of purchasing.

I expect them to do this, so I would be disappointed if they didn't!

Having the console with a library of content available to me as part of a subscription is appealing right as it launches. Curious what that catalog would look like, though. Could be barebones at the start unless the next Xbox comes equipped to be backwards compatible.

As it currently stands, Xbox One is my least played console out of the three. I expect that if push comes to shove I'd drop that before I drop the other two if only due to time constraints not making the purchase worthwhile.

My Saturday filled up and I didn't get the chance to play anything, though I did see Captain Marvel.

I finished Claire's second run in RE2 though. Great game. Shelved that and played a little Pokemon Let's Go Eevee and Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

I'm lukewarm. Their first party has disappointed me greatly this gen, but the console has seen a lot of playtime between having every Halo available to play on it and a myriad of other games I chose there.

GamePass is grand and I'm trying to work towards playing some more games through that instead of buying. It's already saving me with Shadow of the Tomb Raider and I got to play a bunch of other games I may not have otherwise.

I'm not sure if I'll buy the next Microsoft console. It will depend I suppose what both Sony and Microsoft do. It really comes down to not having the time available to me to warrant purchasing each console, so something will have to give.

Hoping to play through Claire’s second route in Resident Evil 2. Will probably also start Devil May Cry 2, and maybe Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Doubt I’ll play much else beyond that, but maybe Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee.

Hype for Persona 5 Switch is very high. I'm definitely wanting another go through the game.

Interesting to do one of these lists without Kingdom Hearts III. Let's see what I come away with:

When I heard this, my plans of purchasing RE4 for only the second time since its original release were cancelled.

Nah, I've passed on RE4 on PS4 for $8 a number of times. Not gonna pay $30 for this on Switch. I'll wait for the inevitable sale.

@davillain-: My macbook with the Adobe Creative Suite went kaput about two months ago and I've been too lazy to go out and get myself a new one.

I have an iMac but I haven't gone in on the Creative Cloud. If I pick it up soon I'll let you know.
