I might consider the $450 SKU at this point if there wasn't so much already on the 360. I want to give Lair a try, but with Madden and Bioshock around the corner, I don't need more games to play.

I would say Resident Evil 4 is, all inclusive, the best game I have ever played. Dead Rising was pretty good too, but the sheer joy of tearing through zombies wore off much sooner than the fun of 5-starring Mercenaries maps did. Also, RE4s story was the less contrived of the two, and thats saying alot.

[QUOTE="DoomZaW"]Well some Xbox 360's do have an error in the laser lens (or something else inside the drive) so it scratches the discs, and it can REALLY be fatal for the disc, like my previous 360 before i got it replaced, it totaled my Saints row :cry: AND I PAID F***ING 100$ FOR IT:evil: and my Gears Of War disc also has gotten some "nice" scratches on it. Just in case, keep an eye out if your discs seems scratched with circurlar motions, if it does i suggest you get it replaced ASAP.Scarface_tm431

Uh Why the hell would you pay $100 for Saints Row...or any game for that matter?

My guess is that he is 12 and he had to slip the guy a Target an extra $40 to get him to sell it to a kid.

[QUOTE="gotdangit"] I still use that pillow 10 years later._Margulis_

You know that after a year about 30% of the weight of your pillow is dead skin and bugs?

If you look at what it shipped with; less than ten maps and three modes (which were all basically the same mode) it is obvious a ton of effort didn't go into adding it. I guess it is one of those things where the core game is so good the MP is just destined to work well. I enjoyed it, but I'm on to other online games at this point.

...is a lot better than people say. I nabbed it for $10 at Fry's, and it has been worth every cent so far. Classic bomberman action, crisp simple graphics, and a fun battle mode. I wouldn't invest hours and hours into it, but I would say it is one of the better portable games, as in it provides fun 1-2 minutes at a time without being too shallow to interest me or too deep to engage me quickly. It got pretty mediocre reviews though. Thoughts...?

Well tax dollars are supposed to improve the lives of tax payers, and if I don't have to smell muslims before I see them anymore then I'd say thats tax money well spent.

If your excited about the game you probably wouldn't forget.rockstarrem

I'm not saying you would, but if a ten-year-old gets scared into preordering Naruto 10 because the sales clerk convinces him to, chances are that's $5 down the drain.

They make money every time you pre-order a game and forget about it, and even if you don't they are garunteeing in advance that you will buy it there, so of course they are going to exaggerate when you ask how hard it will be to get it on launch. My Costco had 100+ copies of Halo 2 when I went in one day after it came out, and stores like EB stock a lot of each game too. If you are really worried, just go in early the day of.

Manos:The Hands Of Fate

Lol, saw it on Mystery Science Theatre or whatever that show is called. I would agree, but the second worst has to be Date Movie. Maybe it wasn't that bad, but if you go into the theatre expecting Scary Movie-caliber anything, you are in for a huge let-down.
