hmm im from australia so is there an AU equivelent of newegg??? im fine with whichever site is cheaper

so upgrading the PSU is a must right???

is getting the newer gfx card and psu better or getting the gfx card compaitable with the current psu

which is gonna be best for performance/cost in the long run

also what is the standard price of psu that can handle gtx460?? would be nice in terms of $AU so i can get an idea how much it cost

tyvm for the reply!!!

hmm it looks like the gtx460 requires at least 450 watts

so it means i will be running it at a minimum right???

does it damage the gtx460 if i decide to keep the current power supply??

thx guys for the replies, it looks like the 460 really is a bargain

im currently reading reviews on the card, which variation is the best???

also the reason i didn't have a budget is because i want a really good card which is gonna last me a long long time,

which will make the overall money spent to be smaller compared to upgrading again in a few years

also, what other cards are good, i wanna know more so i can compare them

and i forgot to put my power supplies up, this ismy power supply, i have no idea what they means so i just copied everything from the side

Cooler Master 460
Product No. RS-460-PCAR-A3
ATX F2V V2.3 W/O PFC

AC INPUT l 15/230V~10/6A 60/50HZ
DC OUTPUT l +3.3V l +5V l +12V1 l +12V2 l -12V l +5VSB
l 22A l 25A l 18A l 18A l 0.5A l 2.5A
MAX POWER l 165W l 312W l 6W l 12.5W

and what r some of the website u guys recommend for research, im currently looking at tomshardware

hmm k, it seems 460 might be a good choice then, how does it compare with others, like the new 580 etc.

also i think i want the card more in terms of quality than price

like when i bought the 8600 it costs like 100 less than the 8800, but i have been regretting for the past few years since

the 8800 is leagues better, i dont want to make the same mistake again

definitely an awesome game, a true sandbox

best of all it runs perfect on my crappy 8600gt and looks amazing at the same time (running on low) compared to the piece of crap GTA IV

also be sure to check out this site for mods
