@invizo The HD texture pack is for Ultra 4k, the game looks more than fine without it. Certainly a lot better than what they are portraying in this video.

@turianshepard @invizo After watching the IGN version of this video, I have lost all faith for this site's credibility, the PC version looks noticeably better than its counterparts and the editor in that video knows how to setup correct gamma.

1080p unlocked fps = PS4

You won't be able to tell the difference with this $hit GS video but in real life you will. Either way buy it on whatever you prefer to play on.

I borrowed by my buddy's copy for PS4 and used my XO copy. They're practically identical on both consoles. I couldn't tell a difference and he couldn't either.

Is that what I said? Again, more assumptions on your part. Actually, we alternatively looked at both games on each console one after the other (that way they were on the exact same TV, etc.). Not simultaneously, but the comparison was made regardless.


Also, have a hard time believing whatever you want--haha. We at least went to extra effort to actually attempt to compare...As compared to fanboys like you who just assume...

I do I did the same thing I own a ps4 and an x1 and borrowed my friends copy. Look almost the same to me as well. Ps4 version has better shading but that's about it.

We didn't notice any shading differences, but I might see if I can get his copy again and take some pictures, etc., for further comparison. It's always possible we're blind, haha ;)


I was actually expecting to see the PS4 clearly look better, and I was surprised that it wasn't (at least from what I could tell and in my opinion).

So, I responded: well, actually, a buddy and I checked in real life out of curiosity and didn't find any differences in our comparison.


You went on to, without any reasonable basis, discredit what I said based on some baseless assumption.


I responded by correcting you as to what we actually did and said your baseless assertion is likely part of your bias. If not, then why not apologize and admit you were wrong in grossly generalizing and doubting what I said for no reason????????????


Then, rather than admit you own up to your gross mischaracterization of my comparison, you then said you based your "opinion" on how the game would differ on consoles on pics from another site.


My sole point since then has been: SO WHAT!? You already said that you can spot the differences in real life. So, saying you relied on pics and saying that's better evidence of the point is a complete and total contradiction of you telling people to obtain first-hand knowledge--WHICH I JUST SO HAPPEN TO HAVE, hence my harmless comment.


So, try and save face, you've already lost the argument. Be a manchild and d*ck, get your panties in a bunch, etc. Like I said, I don't care if you believe me. I did exactly what you said to notice all these drastics differences, and: GUESS WHAT?! THEY DON'T EXIST! So, take your own advice and check it out in "REAL LIFE." It looks almost identical on XO and PS4. If you're more a graphics nerd get it on PC. It's noticeably better, but that's not a surprise.


If you have an XO, get this game. If you only have PS4, get it there. If you have both, choose whichever you prefer the controller, etc. Either way, get the game--it's very good!

Memory I have more than enough, I have 16 GB, i7 intel core yada xD But my GPU it says that I have the AMD Radeon R9 270, I had NVidia for so long before, that it's a little getting used to xD And it even seemns that on the Alienware site here, they don't even list that one anymore, but the 4 GB R9 290 instead... GPU knowledge is one of my biggest weaknesses.

Both the Xbox one and ps4 look exactly the same.

PC looks washed out but I think it's the settings gamespot used for the pc version.

Glad to see both console versions look the same though.
