I was similar to a comment bellow, I did not expect the game to be that great but after seeing more gameplay and videos, it has become a game I would like to buy and play.

Meh, I'm just gonna go ahead and be over-analytical. The drowning doom faction is quite an accurate depiction of goth metal, but not black metal. Black metal tends to be Satanic, and follows the philosophy of desiring freedom by escaping religion. Therefore, they wouldn't have 'lost their will to live', but would be driven to fight for their right to live freely as they see fit. But I'll be glad to cast aside any ridiculous analysis and just enjoy the game.

What about Power Metal? Is that just rolled into the human faction? I guess it is closer to traditional and classic metal than a lot f the modern sub-genres, so I guess it would make sense. The Manowar running behind this video would seem to imply they like it...

is it just me or is this turning out to be far greater then what the first empression of it was.

Awesome stuff! Loving all the artwork and hearing were they draw their inspiration from. I hope to become a concept artist myself, so this really interests me. Can't wait to get my hands on this game!!
