that's amazing, I wish I found deals like that more often...10 years of complaints haven't worked...Â

Â
I was quite shocked as I usually don't get deals like that either (when considering the quantity that I bought). If I am fortunate, someone with a large collection of Game Gear games will sell to that store before they decide to raise their prices. Still, I do have a used bookstore in my area that also sells Game Gear games for $1.95. The only problem is that their selection isn't that great..... Fortunately, I can still find a game there that I lack every now and then.
Â
@Legolas_Katarn and gmsnpr:Â You both got a pretty decent haul. Â 8)
Â
@someNONSENSE: Another set of games for a reasonable price.....Nice deals!

I like the stores that'd rather dump an inventory then leave them on-shelves.

Â
It is a shame that more stores don't take this point of view.
Â
@Djaansis: Looks like you are one of the early birds. I would be great to hear your opinion of the game once you get some time in. 8)
Â
Well, the last page was so glitchy that I couldn't remember if I posted my finds from a couple of days ago. After wading through the posts, I found I hadn't. Here they are:
Â
PGA Tour Golf II - Genesis ($0.99)
Championship Surfer - Dreamcast ($4.99)
Wild Metal - Dreamcast ($4.99)
Alien Syndrome - Sega Master System ($3.33)
Night Stalker - Mattel Intellivision ($3.32)
Chase H.Q - Game Gear ($3.33)
Â
....and yesterday:
Â
AD&D: DragonStrike - NES ($7.95)
Â
@ all: By the way, tonight is the deadline for this month's leaderboard. Please make sure that you get your latest games into your lists. Also, if any of you wish to change the site you use for your updated stats, please send me a PM letting me know. Thanks. 8)

Haven't really seen a lot of collectors go for game gear games mainly, so it's nice to see something different. I always wanted Pengo, but the Sega genesis version which sadly was only released in japan (technically it was a brand new game anyway). Check it out on youtube, a pretty nice game...too bad Sega never ported it to a Sega collection.

When I saw those boxes full of Game Gear games, I was floored as well. I was just hoping to find a few games after the long drive to Nashville but my expectations were far exceeded. When I got back home (and it seemed like a short drive on the return), I had to drop a few of the Game Gear auctions from my eBay watch list due to my winnings. If I keep this up, I may complete my Game Gear collection before too long. :DÂ

I just DL'd Pinball FX for XBLA... apparently, if you have the demo you can still buy it... also, I know why it was discontinued as soon as Kinect came out... it's another Xbox Live Vision Camera cover up.
Very sweet! Odyssey 2 games don't show up complete often or in good condition - at least from what I've seen. Luckily the few I have are complete. At my new favorite local store Arcade Legacy picked up all three games for $9 all in good condition used/complete for the Odyssey 2.

Stopped by the flea market today and scored 5 games for 11 bucks.
First up, 3 GBA games I found for 2 bucks each.
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, GBA, cart only, $2
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros 3, GBA, cart only, $2
Medabots AX: Rokusho Version, GBA, cart only, $2
And then two Sega Genesis games for $2.50 each
Virtual Pinball, Sega Genesis, Complete, $2.50 (this game is very cool as it features 29 tables, but you can also create you own, using up to 256 different parts! You can save up to ten tables.)
Ms. Pacman, Sega Genesis, Complete, $2.50 (a Tengen cart for the genny, it features many options and new mazes on top of the original Ms. Pacman game.)

great deal, I hope it does work 100%, saturn games are not resurfacable...waflerevolution
It's Sega CD. It doesn't matter much, even if it doesn't I should be able to find a disk only version and still save money.
