Mini RC Rally (DS) new from Sears - $3. And according to GameSpot, it is now the lowest rated game in my collection, at 1.9. I guess that's what I get for buying cheap games just for being cheap. :P

Klonoa 2: Dream Champ Tournament (GBA) new from Best Buy - $5

Totally happy about those last two. Despite being used, the cases, inserts, manuals, and discs are all in pristine condition. In fact, that used copy of Killer7 is in better condition than the "new" (but gutted and shelved) copies I've seen at my local Game Stop stores going for $10. I'd been thinking about picking up one of 'em, but they have all been out on the shelves so long their cover inserts have floated up out of the case sleave and have been scuffed. And of course, at each store, it is their last copy. I'm very glad I waited.

I went out to get Chinese food and somehow wound up buying games too. WTF?

I've never seen one that says that on the front. I think the Wal-Mart exclusivity is only for the US.

Yeah, I was surprised that copies didn't have that outside the US. I wonder what was up with that exclusivitiy deal for Wal-mart...

I found out it actually says "Only At Wal-Mart" on the front of the ones in the US, as seen right here on Gamespot:

Got a Panasonic 3DO with controller, sampler disc, Sewer Shark, Quarantine, Crash and Burn, and Kingdom for $80

and got an import Hokuto No Ken for the PS2, not only the baddest Fist of the Northstar game I've known of, but also one of the BEST 2D fighters for $47 (knocked down from $70)

nope, just stepped into my buddy's game store and saw it. asked how well it worked, he said he took it in like 5 miutes earlier and it worked great, so i bought it and like 3 games. i love //dotgames

Movie Gallery had an inexplicable 50% off all PC games sale today, so I picked up The Orange Box (PC) new for $25! I also bought a used copy of God of War II (PS2) for $15. GoW, although used, was in new condition; both discs, case, manual and insert are all flawless.

I used another 25% coupon and bought Vampire Rain for $12.99. It sparked my interest, but never seemed like a full-price title.gmsnpr

Something cool I noticed about GoW II (the black label version, at least) is that the cover art sleeve is two-sided and has a nice piece of art work on the inside. I don't usually examine the inside of the art sleeve, but I saw some color when peering through the holes in the DVD spindle, prompting me to pull it out.

Yeah, I noticed that too when I was checking the discs on the used copy I just bought. I wondered for a second if the original cases were transparent, but I didn't remember that being the case. I haven't checked the picture that's on there yet, but it's left me wondering where I can get a 2 disc transparent DVD case ...

I've had some music CDs like that too; there's clearly artwork hiding behind the opaque case.

My First copy of Super Metroid was looking very sad, what with a ripped back box, ripped cart label and a squished box and all. So I decided to sell my cart and box (kept the manual ;) ) and I bought a new cart and box which is 100% better than my last one :D This is also the first time I have owned a 100% complete Super Metroid without it been an ex-rental VHS case or missing some inserts or something.
