I'm using my laptop now and forgot to bring my mouse up to college and not opening things in a new tab with one click is driving me crazy. And I'll try that when an opportunity arises.

So true. I haven't smoked anything in a couple of years, though. No one I know around here smokes anything but cigarettes (bleh), so I've been smoke-free. Probably not a bad thing, but I do miss hookah.

Went to the Tiger's game (won 6-4 or something), watched Michigan win over ND, hung out with the gf's family, and quoted Eminem as we drove by 8 mile. Though to be honest 4 days was enough. No offence but I love my city.

Very nice, good time to be around Ann Arbor! The Eminem thing makes me laugh. That road is more popular to people outside of the metro area and outside of Michigan... It is kinda sad to drive along it.[QUOTE="JordanElek"]Come to Vancouver. We can hookah it up. I have my own.So true. I haven't smoked anything in a couple of years, though. I have like four at my place. I like the mini one's though, they're good for traveling :). Like taking it to a friends cottage.
A PSP2 is coming? Fail.HaziqonfireWhy is it a fail? I know PSP is a dud but there is potential for PSP2 to be really good if they actually get some good games for it. While I will always be partial to DS, and I'm confident the 3DS will dominate, I think PSP2 could be awesome as well. Plus, that fake one they keep showing with the screen that slides up, that is just cool. Then again, I don't follow PSP much so maybe the current model already does that.
BTW... I need this: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/tgs-10-tales-of/704628

The slide up one was the PSPGo aka the really crappy one A PSP2 would be great if it has 2 shoulder buttons and 2 analog sticks. Put a screen on a PS3 controller and you have one kick ass handheld. Here's a question about video game morals (hopefully I don't get in trouble for brining up the "E-word"...
Is it right to download a game and play on an E-word if the game is no longer readily available? Would that be considered stealing if the game developer was no longer producing the game? Sure, flea markets and used-game stores would be out some money but the original game maker is not.
I'm not for downloading currently-available games (like the DS e-word download scene for example), that is down right piracy.
I go back and forth with this question. I think of rare playstation one games that are not available in stores, cost a lot of money on amazon or ebay, and are not for download on the PSN. The only way for me to play a game like New Japan Pro Wrestling or Tales of Destiny 2 without paying $60 would be to get really lucky at a garage sale, or if I use an e-word.
Well a while back I questioned whether it was ok to put an e-word on my psp to play the NES games I already own in cartridge form. In cases like that I think it's acceptable; There's no other way to play those games on the go. I never actually went through with it though because I didn't want to brick my PSP. In your case I see a slight moral problem. What if they decide to release those games on the PSN in the future? Would you then buy it for real? Because otherwise they're losing a potential customer. Here's a question about video game morals (hopefully I don't get in trouble for brining up the "E-word"...

How do you know that in the future nintendo won't eventually release NES games on the 3DS for example. Would you then download the games for 3DS that you DL'd for PSP? Same situation I suppose. With that logic, it's always wrong. Here's a question about video game morals (hopefully I don't get in trouble for brining up the "E-word"...

No harm no foul, concerning the topic at hand. I wrote my senior thesis in high school about how ROMs are actually good for the industry. Then Nintendo had to ruin it all with the VC.
It's illegal for technical reasons, but those technical reasons are to protect a copyright and any possible revenue generation. If you're not encroaching on either of those things, then the only moral issue is whether you think a law should always be followed regardless of its intentions.
That is a great point indeed. I turn it back on you though. Say you would have e worded your PSP to play NES games on the go. Well as I mentioned before, I already own the games in their cart format. So really I already own the product I would be e-wording.
But my counter-point to yours is this: there are portable NES players out there. I think you might even be able to buy them online.Basically they look like giant Gameboys that you can insert NES carts into, and they're totally legal to own.
So say I picked one of these up to play the carts I own, does Nintendo see any money from that? Is it really any different (to Nintendo) from putting them on the PSP instead?
I mean technically it's illegal. Technically I shouldn't do it. But in either case the end result is the same for Nintendo.
Now if the 3DS had a virtual console, I would totally rebuy them. Especially if they're in 3D. It would be like a new experience.

Angry Birds is an evil game. I finally broke down and bought the full version because I had a gift card, and I'm pretty sure I wasted at least three hours on it today getting three stars on the first 21 levels. The last level I played alone took me almost two hours..... crap, that means I probably played it for over four hours today. :(
Definitely having Angry Birds nightmares tonight..

For me it's a combo of Professor Layton 3 and NHL 11. They've pretty much been taking up all my time for the past week.
 That's awesome. Their Bayonetta skit was funny too. As for what I'm playing, nothing. lol. School's been taking up my time, but I started DQIX and I'm liking it so far. That'll be my game to play in between breaks and such - whenever I have spare time from school. @TheDude- -- For some people though, that's what they want. They want to play console games, but have them be portable. Like I said earlier, it works for some people, definitely not for me though.Anyone out there played Elite Beat Agents?
If so, you will assuredly recognize this as the greatest thing ever created by mankind.

The price has come down a lot and I'm waiting one day to walk by it somewhere and see it for like $7.99 and snatch it up. Oblivion has a very distinct feel to it. Fallout feels exactly the same. Its like what if Oblivion was set in an irradiated wasteland and what if my bow was a sniper rifle. You can even spec full melee if you really liked that kind of combat in oblivion (I crafted some sort of fist weapon out of a giant monster's hand. I have no melee skill and it still owns). But I guess I'd say it feels more atmospheric than Oblivion. Oblivion is more populated while walking around in Fallout (and you can't fast travel anywhere you haven't walked) is really creepy and desolate. Not to mention you need to watch out for super mutants and snipe their faces off before they see you. Please Log In to post.
