When I say a topic will get locked, you don't make an opposing statment and expect THE Wiifan001 to lose an argument.

It really loses something when people refer to themselves in the third-person. Double that when they refer to themselves as THE.I tried to tell him but he wouldn't listen

I stopped listening to disturbed.. I had their last album, but eh. All their songs sound the same.HaziqonfireWhoa! Didn't recognize you at first with your "everyday avatar" That's the funny thing about albums: It all sounds the same or it's so differentiating that there's a couple songs to like. There's only about 4-5 songs I like on Asylum album, 2 of them I really love. Meanwhile, Dragonforce's Valley of the Dammed Album is one of my favorite albums, yet sounds mostly the same. Just a matter of taste I guess.
[QUOTE="starwarsjunky"]i've used it several times(but not this version) before. its great :D most of what i use/support at work is linux based anyways so i more than know my way around lolHaziqonfire
That's awesome.
I'm learning some basic command line things right now .. I only know a few, lol. I wrote them down in a doc. file. I also want to learn to develop something for Android Market next summer, hopefully it works out :).
its really not much different than a dos command line, just slightly different syntax[QUOTE="Haziqonfire"]I noticed down on the bottom of your screen there was a "buddy list"... Do people still use AIM? Or any other IM's? I remember years ago in school when AIM was all the rage for people. I haven't used it since college and no one I know uses it either to my knowledge. I use AIM to talk to Haziq and Jason and Gabu and bob, and I have a few other GS mod-types on there still. I used to have a huge buddy list of all my college friends, but none of them use it any more. I think people still use IM stuff when they're in the position to be by a computer most of the time. That's why college students use it. And why most people stop using it when they're not in college any more.Ubuntu 10.10 is fixed to my liking...

I love that game, they finally did a game that was about Sam
Finished work, made dinner, cleaned up, installed a printer, put together a bookcase, and took out the garbage. I had a productive evening!
Going to the wedding of one of my college roomates tomorrow. Second wedding in 3 weeks. I discovered scotch at the last wedding to tomorrow, it'll be "scotch! Here I come!" I love scotch... scotch, scotch, scotch.... Anyone here have to at least get a mild buzz to be able to go out and dance and not care how bad you are. I am a horrible, horrible dancer, but I'd rather be out there than be lame guy sitting alone at a table all night with his hands inhis pockets.

I'm usually the first one on the floor. Dancing is fun.
And the trick is to drink while you're dancing. It not only helps you get more relaxed but you can use the drink in your hand as an excuse for your bad dancing.

Ah yes! That is also one of my "tricks"... That, and when the obligatory Livin on a Prayer and Don't Stop Believing get played, get out there and sing at the top of my lungs with everyone else and get all in to it! Good times.[QUOTE="bob_newman"]Ah yes! That is also one of my "tricks"... This is why reviews are useless for anything other than finding out the bare facts about a game:
GameSpot: "(Super Scribblenauts) saps away the unbridled fun that made the original so enthralling."
IGN: "Super Scribblenauts ... finally (gives) us the experience we were so excited about at E3 2009."
HOW MY BRAIN PROCESS THIS

Tom McShea. That helps with the brain processing part.
Just watch the quick look on Giant Bomb. Those are always better than any review I ever see for any game, at least in terms of basic gameplay stuff.

Well we could also conclude that we were excited about a game devoid of unbridled fun.
The only games I keep are those with a ton of lasting Value. The rest I just rent through Gamefly. The only game I might buy in the near future is New Vegas.Head_of_games
I tried Gamefly but I felt so guilty afterward that I bought all the games that I rented lol

[QUOTE="Head_of_games"]After re-watching the end of "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", I have the following thoughts. 1. It's totally Harry's fault Cedric is dead, if he had just played the game correctly the pretty boy would have been left in the Maze and escorted out by the teachers. 2. If Harry could use a summoning spell to make the Triwizard Cup fly towards him in the graveyard, why couldn't any of the contestants done that in the Maze? 3. If all they needed was Harry's blood, would it have been that difficult for Crouch/Moody to have Potter accidentally get a cut in class?JordanElek1. Yep. 2. The cup had a spell on it to keep it from moving, which broke when it transported to the graveyard. OBVIOUSLY. 3. Voldemort is a villain. Sometimes villains just need their sharks with frickin laser beams attached to their heads.
Awesome, so you guys take your celibacy vows at the same time or.......?
