It's not JJ's decision to make because he is a restricted free agent. It's just up to our ownership coughing up the money to match the offer and he's ours. Same thing happened with Marcin Gortat last year, and hopefully we match again.

JJ has said he wants to stay in O-Town btw. He stuck it out early in his career, got better, and eventually earned a valuable role on a championship contending team...

Magic just signed Q Rich for cheap, he's basically going to be a cheaper (and better) replacement for Matt Barnes so it is decent. I still expect us to match the JJ offer as well.

I was watching the Kings vs. Pistons summer league game on NBA TV but then they cut the 4th quarter out to show a press conference with David Stern prolly because the Kings were winning by like 30 points...

Cousins looked really good, and Hassan Whiteside was blocking everything downlow.

 I been checking up on Summer League, I haven't watched a game yet but apparently Devin Ebanks and Derek Caracter are impressive as hell. Looks like they could help us next season.

@Orlando Man, the Kings are going to win 37+ games this year...bank on this.

Also, the Lakers were playing the Knicks today in summer league...I was watching for a bit, but it got boring because the Knicks were owning [and idk any of the players/not interested in either team].

curry, monta, lee have the potential to be all stars next season.rubbersouI

monta ellis has proved time and time again that he's a head case. thats why no one wants to trade for him. curry is your only really good player. lee is not as good as everyone is making him about to be. he put up decent numbers on aa team that had no one else in an up tempo system. not to mention for whatever genius reason don nelson is still coaching that team. they'll be in the lottery again for sure.

oh and they just traded morrow to new jersey for nothing. that team is a mess

you guys score plenty of points, why the hell would you need monta to score more, and Lee to put up 20....the only improvement I see on this team is the rebounding which Lee will help with. defensively you guys are still garbage, and sticking Lee with Biedrins as your frontcourt won't help that AT ALL. Lee is average at defense, and Biedrins while good, isn't good enough to supplement for Lee. 

Compared to the Kings I see it like this...

PG: You guys have the edge, clearly
SG: I think it's us. Evans is a better defender than Ellis, and has more size than Ellis. Not as good of a scorer, but he's certainly good enough
SF: I'd take Casspi/Greene here over Reggie. Casspi at least plays defense AND can score whereas Williams is pretty one dimensional
PF: You may like Lee/Udoh here, but I love Landry/Thompson. Not only do we have that low post presence in Landry but Thompson is one of the best big men off the bench right now....if he didn't have such a low basketball IQ he'd be starting on a lot of teams right now. 
C: Biedrins isn't better than Dalembert, and with Cousins in the mix the Kings take this one ten fold

monta is garbage though, so much wasted potential. the only player i would want on my team that the warriors have is curry.

I'm a believer in GS.  I actually want to see them do well this season and I have a good feeling they will. Probably won't make playoffs because they're in the West but at least they're going in the right direction

Demarcus Cousins with the game winner vs T-Wolves tonight. 22pts 12 rebounds 5ast 4stls 1blk and the stats don't even do justice to how well he looks out there. His feel for the game is off the charts. Leading the fastbreak, no look passes, great footwork in the post, and a jumpshot extending all the way out to the 3pt line... he's already showing way more than what he showed at Kentucky.

Also idk about all that Mischa...with the way this offseason has gone, the Kings are beter than all of those bottom tier teams, and are as good as the Hornets, Jazz, and Memphis imo...

Your GM is really making this rebuilding process a long one...I mean, Al Jeff for 2 first round picks is good, but there's no immeadiate return on the court for you guys...especially consdiering Utah will continue to contend.
