This has been posted many times here already, and frankly there's no point in sharing it. The only conversation it generates is insults and religious flaming. It's stupid, it's obvious trolling, and it isn't worthy of anybody's attention, especially when it's typically used by adolescent know-it-alls as "proof" that anyone with religious beliefs is an idiot.

First of all, I'm religious and this was no attempt by me to bash religion or start a flame war. You're be grossly presumptuous. This video shows 2 really stupid individuals in a very shocking way. This is enough to make it interesting. Get real.

Secondly, if it isn't worth anyone's attention... then why has it generated this many pages? Why has it, by your own admission been posted more than once? Strong intelligence bro.

I feel there's only one part of this post that requires a response, which I have highlighted. Things that are posted here need to generate conversation because that's the point of a forum. Topics which have no discussion value tend to be locked here, and with good reason. They're just a waste of space. And arguably it's even worse to post something with the sole purpose of belittling and mocking other people or their beliefs, stupid as you may find them. Obviously this is fake... but if it weren't, what purpose is served in thousands of people insulting and belittling these girls for their beliefs? None whatsoever. Just because someone else is bigoted doesn't mean you too need to stoop to that level, and I tend to find it incredibly ironic when people viciously attack others for their "bigoted beliefs" when they are themselves just as hostile and bigoted towards opposing ideas as the people they attack are.

This video has generated the usual hodgepodge of one-liners and hostile religious "debate" that was sparked not by something worthy of discussion, but by the inevitable response to unfounded criticism of religion on the basis of the content of an inflammatory trolling video. The video itself has served no purpose but to fuel disdain and intolerance towards people with religious belief amongst the dimwitted who, for some inexplicable reason, feel this is a good representation of the majority of those who hold religious beliefs. And I say that as a skeptical agnostic who argues from the opposite point of view.

I see no reason to take this further, so I'll leave it at that. Don't expect any further replies.

I would bet money that those 2 christians are homeschooled. Sadly there's quite a bit of this out there. The parents teach them this stuff and keep them secluded within their own cult, I mean religion.. some are as strict as to keeping them from the internet. The parents don't want them venturing out into the real world or discovering that crazy conspiracy called science.import_fighter1
