I'm a bit confused as to how this constitutes a move toward fascism.

Americans have to care about their rights 1st and Obama is only the president.

in canada we r now legislating private unions to work and destroying their rights of collective bargaining where as in burma unions now have just gained that very right. it seems burma is more democratic then the us and canada
