Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 - Amends the federal criminal code to revise the prohibition against entering restricted federal buildings or grounds to impose criminal penalties on anyone who knowingly enters any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority. Defines "restricted buildings or grounds" as a posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of: (1) the White House or its grounds or the Vice President's official residence or its grounds, (2) a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting, or (3) a building or grounds so restricted due to a special event of national significance.Library of Congress Website
I'm a bit confused as to how this constitutes a move toward fascism.

:/ From simply glancing at that, it looks fairly rational.in canada we r now legislating private unions to work and destroying their rights of collective bargaining where as in burma unions now have just gained that very right. it seems burma is more democratic then the us and canada

Air Canada and Canada Post are a bunch of overpaid, lazy-ass whiners with zero public support. Especially Canada Post. Bunch of jack-offs who want to hold the whole country for ransom because they only make triple the amount of money a university grad makes.
it's sad to see america turning like this. a once prosperous nation is now one with a tremendous national debt and an idiot of a president.
[QUOTE="Crunchy_Nuts"]America is stoopid for giving all its power to onE man.LJS9502_basicPst...it doesn't. Nope. Trust me, man. I saw it on the internet. Everything is his fault, therefore he has total control.
Well at least we're not communist anymore! Am I rite guys!?
 Please stick with one ideology. You can't be flip-floppin like this all the time.
President is no idiot. Taking our rights is exactly what he and congress want. They want to run the constitution and this country to the ground with their stupidity and arrogance.it's sad to see america turning like this. a once prosperous nation is now one with a tremendous national debt and an idiot of a president.

Scary. This is how the holocaust happens people.[QUOTE="sinpkr"]Collective bargaining is bulls*hit. The individuals who are not members of the union are the ones who are at a loss. They end up with higher wages because of unions. It also causes higher unemployment because it raises the wage rate above the price equilibrium. It also creates deadweight loss.in canada we r now legislating private unions to work and destroying their rights of collective bargaining where as in burma unions now have just gained that very right. it seems burma is more democratic then the us and canada

Yes because collective bargaining has had no historical impact on our political and worker rights policies for the better  perhapes I was reading the wrong history books.

I know you're a libertarian, but try to think realize nobody is apathetic enough to allow such a thing now.
