I am not a big fan of her though I like the song Rehab, and compared with the other lot of mainstream "musicians" around today she was at least as talented as most of them.

She choosed to walk an self destructive path though. Sad, but for some reason not uncommon for many celebs.

I don't know her reasons but I think we are going to get heaps of teories coming our way soon enough.

Wasn't a fan but a shame. She had a full career in front of her. She would get booed at many of her concerts from singing bad due to taking drugs.

never liked her music,nor did i like her character,RIP though.

Wasn't a fan of her music, or her media personality but I'm not going to be blazé about her death, hope her parents are alright.

It is unfortunate I suppose, but can't use many other words to describe. Expected is a bit harsh, but it's certainly not surprising, shocking, or anything along those lines. You can probably fairly say alot about her outside of her music (she honestly was annoying, screwed up, whatever), but she did actually have a nice voice

I'm saddened by this news, despite the fact most people knew it'd happen sooner or later, so was so silly but so young.

I enjoyed her music and I was looking forward to hearing more good stuff from her. Also 27 club, as others have mentioned.

Can't say I'm surprised.

Everyone leave her alone. I feel bad for her more then anything else. Anyone who turns to serious drug use is doing it thinking it will help some other problem they have. Rest in peace Amy

It's not so much a lifestyle as it is a disease, you can die just from the withdrawls.

Yeah, I understand that, but when you have a lifestyle that involves heavy drugging and what not, you put yourself at great risk of getting to the point that you're describing.

Better to just stay away from the drugs all together IMO.

Yes, some people can handle moderate drug use better than others, but others just start taking more and more and more and spin out control.
