Best Metal ever...

LMAO at Lamb of God being calld the best metal band:lol:

The bands is absolutely terrible and doesn't deserve an ounce of hype. Their music is very repetitious (by that I means their songs all sound the same) and on top of that their music is just plain AWFUL. Throw into the mix the fact that their guitarist can't even keep up with the damn music they wrote (Laid to Rest was slowed down to about half speed at parts when I saw them at Ozzfest) and you got a band I consider one of the WORST in the genre.

Best metal band ever is easily Opeth. Incredible writing skills along with incredible technicals skills makes for what is possibly my all-time fav band. Of course Sabbath HAS to be mentioned for starting it all with some kickass music!

Repetitous? Listen to all their CD's in order and I would hardly call it repititous. You can even take songs on the same CD and find differences. You want to tell me that Descending off of Sacrament and Beating on Death's Door sound the same?

And they must have been having a bad day when you saw them, because when I saw them they played Laid To Rest flawlessly on perfect tempo.

Laid To Rest live at Killadelphia Not where/when I saw them but tey are on tempo.

Had they not taken a break between songs I wouldn't have known they were playing a new song, thats how repetitious they are.

And it is also possible that they have a few good days amidst being bad live. I hear people talk about Dragonforce being good live, yet every live vid I have seen of them they were terrible.
