Best Special Forces Unit in the world

What do you think is the best Special forces unit in the World....

I think it would Either have to be the British SAS or the US Seals...

Bear Grylls is sick so I think I gotta go with British SAS

The SAS are affiliated with the Bristish sniper school. The british have the best snipers and SF unit. The SAS have been around since 1941, and lasted through one of the largest war sin history. I don't see a seal or GIGN/KSK in the heat.

The US special forces are average, they've taken quantity before quality.

Sas however used to be the best special forces unit, but not anymore. They are still one of the best though.

As for the best known special forces, I would say FSK.

Well none of us could possibly know.. I would go with Delta Force though from what I've heard about them.
