I have a question for gun enthusiasts:

Why does America have more gun-related homicides than Canada?

They have just as much, similar laws, and it's just as easy to obtain one.

This is the stupidest thing I have ever read. First of all, because there really isn't any violence in Canada, because people don't traffic maple syrup and trees. Second, if Canada has more than 1/10 of the gun killings that we have, then their ratio is more than ours.

What if 11 bears attack me at once?

Somebody who finds themselves in that situation is probably short of more than a high capacity magazine. I would say that was Darwinism.

Ooh ooh, *hand shoots up into the air* I have a question.

Why does nearly every single high profile massacre in the states involve a legally owned weapon?

In my opinion this is a misguided policy. While I think a lot of people are too optimistic about the effectiveness of gun control, regulations and restrictions on firearms do have a place in society, but what's more important is making sure that people who shouldn't have guns aren't able to acquire them, not what type of guns (or in this case, what type of ammo-clips) are on the market. Also, it's a dangerous mindset to restrict and outlaw things just because you feel as if there is no apparent need for whatever it is you want to restrict access to (there are, of course, exceptions). We all own and do things that aren't hurting anyone that other people disapprove of, which is why it's important to live and let live.

Yeh, I have to agree with you as well.
