So no American Football? OT is so hipster...MgamerBDIt'll be way too hard imo. What do you put in there, the greatest QB? or the greatest RB? Lol its too hard to pick. Hell we need a new thread for that. LOL
The soccer player that did the headbutt during a FIFA tournament I think.[QUOTE="ExoticAnimal"][QUOTE="Pirate700"]
The hell is Zidane?

Half the people on the TC's list are American, yet no American football. Or hockey and baseball for that matter. I am disappoint.

It's not football, it's soccer goddamnit!
That said, nobody cares.
It's football, that's why it involves almost exclusively foot and ball contact, unlike American 'Foot' ball, which was clearly named by someone who didn't know what feet were.We would need someone to make a proper list and drop out all the fillers like soccer, Dracula68Why,cause America's bad at soccer? Considering soccer is more popular worldwide than any other sport

I honestly don't understand how you guys can watch that, it's just a much more boring version of rugby.

Every one of these has a further reach of audience than the ANFL, so they're of more importance.
Swimming and strongman has a more bigger fan base than the NFL?...yeah alright whatever...Zidane? What about Beckham or Pele?
Also, no American Football? No Skateboarding?
I don't know who the best US football player would be, but if you know anything about skateboarding you cannot say Rodney Mullen isn't the modern Jesus of skateboarding. Because he is.

Lol, Beckham had his prime at MU, hell, even his performance in Madrid was questionable. If there's any real characteristic football player, then it has to be Di Stefano.[QUOTE="Mozelleple112"]

Only americans call it soccer. To the UK and Irish it's Football. And the UK have the best leagues and teams in the world for the sport

It's the fault of the British that it is called soccer, don't pass this off on us Americans.[QUOTE="seanmcloughlin"][QUOTE="Necrifer"]

It's the fault of the British that it is called soccer, don't pass this off on us Americans. The British have the best venues and the best following for the sport in the world. The british leagues are the best in the world for it and it might as well be a British sport. They call it football and it is the most natural way of calling it. The only people I know who call it soccer are Americans, but they have to call it soccer because football refers to American Football to them. Which makes no sense because they don't use a football and they can use their hands negating the fact of calling it "FOOT ball"
