Sadly, I cant. When war breaks out I will sit in a bunker behind a flatscreen controlling missiles.

"a male must do 20 pull-ups, 100 crunches in less than two minutes, and complete the three mile run in 18 minutes or less" Thats for a full 300/300

I scored a 100/300 :(

http://apftcalculator.com/

Marine Corps PFTs are scored the following way for males:
five points for every pull-up
one point for every crunch
and one point is deducted from 100 for every 10 seconds slower than 18 minutes.

A Score chart:

In highschool I could have done all of that except the three mile run. I could never break 20 minutes.

Holy crap, that is some serious pain.

Just another reason why I respect the Marines so much. These men/woman are awesomely trained killing machines.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for them.

I can do the crunches and pullups, but a three-mile run would probably take me 22-23 minutes.

I could probably do the crunches and pull-ups, but there's no way I can run 3 miles in 18 minutes.

i could do the crunchers and probably the 3-mile run, not so sure about the pull-ups, i can usually do 4 of those at a time.

i'd say i'm moderately athletic.

Well, a 3 mile run would take me about 27 minutes, I could to the crunches, and maybe half the pull-ups if I'm lucky.

I'd say about 270-295. The only problem would be the pull-ups.

Yeah, I could do the first two, but sadly I do each of my miles in 7min 22secs... Anyways, I would prefer to be on the sidelines, less chance of getting killed :P.

i usually do pullups from a dead hang, which means my arms are fully extended when i do them.

i actually work out and my biceps aren't bad. pullups have always been hard.

i can sure as hell run though.

I know that I am able to do the first two, but I don't time myself when I run, so I don't know if I would score perfectly on that portion.

I'm pretty sure that if I went to the testing ground I would be kicked out immediately when the officers see me lying on the floor after they gave me a friendly "Let's go!" pat on the back.

Lol, I can pass all of that easily.... Except I dont know what my time would be on the 3 mile run. I like the Air Force way of rating better, run a mile and a half in less then 9 minutes. But I think I could run it in less the 18 minutes....

I can probably only do like 10-12 pull ups since the only time I ever get any practice doing pull ups is when im climbing/hiking. The crunches wouldn't be very hard. It's been awhile since I did a real run but a year ago that time wouldn't be that hard. I don't look it but im in pretty good shape lol. The thing is im not from the US so I probably wouldn't get accepted anyway :P

I have very poor depth perception (my left eye is, for all intents and purposes, dead), so, even though I might be able to pass, I wouldn't be able to get in.

I would earn a full 100 from the crunches and 75 from the pull-ups so even if I have no idea about my running abilities I'm fairly confident that I'd make at least 225.
