"If convicted"? "COULD spend his life in prison"? Surely he's just going to be thrown into the furnace at the local crematorium. This article was joking, right?SolidSnake35You're always innocent until proven guilty. and that is only a matter of time.
That is the most disturbing thing I've read in a long while. I hope the guy gets the punishment he deserves.
[QUOTE="MrGeezer"]No, that's EXACTLY what he is saying. If you say that being raped is worse than being murdered, that is the EXACT SAME THING as saying to a rape victim that they should have been killed instead.

She wasn't only raped, she was tortured. Would you choose to gouge your eyes out or would you want to die?
You're asking me if I'd rather be blind or dead?
That is just absolutely terrible. I don't know how you can do that to anyone especially a woman. I honestly hope this scumbag rots in prison for the rest of his life even then I don't know if I will be satisfied.Tiefster
weird, I guess someone does know misery. *looks at your sig*
W.....T......F....this guy needs more then jail, death or mental help, he needs to experience about as much pain as she did and more.SaintLeonidas
If you want him to suffer, you're just putting yourself on his level. If you want another person to suffer as much as that girl did, how are you that any different than him?

Well, at the time of being tortured, would you rather be tortured or dead?

there is a big difference between him being tortured and her, she didnt deserve it, she was innocent, I have no sympathy for him and would not care if he experience that much pain because in all essence he deserves it, he lost his innocence the second he did what he did.

Don't know. Would probably depend on whether or not I thought I had a chance of surviving.
But anyway, I'm not gonna play that game. Truth is, it's impossible to know without being in that situation. So I could either say that I'd rather be tortured, or I could say that I'd rather be dead, and you really wouldn't be able to challenge either answer. I'd simply be making a completely uneducated guess based on which answer I think better supports my point. And I'm not gonna stoop to that level. It doesn't solve anything, and I personally think it's sort of in poor taste.

I'm in no way condoning his sick and despicable acts, I'm only commenting on the fact that anyone who wishes that kind of torture on another person is just as sick and despicable, regardless of of what that person did. In the end, we are all sinners, so who are we to judge anyone else? Only someone who is 100% sinless and unbiased, (God), can judge the sins of another.

no. they're just angry and creative. none of these people here would actually do such a thing. it takes a damaged, destructive, deranged mind to do what he did...to see it through to the end.it only takes a creative mind that has seen a collection of horror movies to think of what could be done to him. But to suppose any of these kids here are doing anything more than just talking big based is silly. To put their creativity on PAR with what this guy actually did is astoundingly and astonishingly ignorant and irrational.
You really need to rethink that.

If Hitler had lived to stand trial and you were the judge, what would your verdict have been?Surely taking Hitler's life doesn't bring back a single soul terminated at his order, right?

No, I'm not talking about just thinking about it, I'm talking about the people that want the same thing done to him as he did to the woman. Hell, everyone thinks crazy thoughts sometimes, but wishing torture upon someone else, regardless of whether you're the one who inflicts it or not, is on the same level in my opinion. I'm sure no human person under control of their actions would be able to actually go through with all of those actions with very few exceptions. Who's to say this guy wasn't possessed, or something along those lines, during this whole fiasco? Who's to say that he won't recognize his mistakes in the future and change his ways and feel guilty about what he did? Only God knows, so only God can judge him.

Considering that we were talking about TORTURE, I can absolutely 100% say that I wouldn't torture Hitler.

Not giving you that easy way out. I asked you a simple question and i expect a simple answer. If Hitler were standing trial for his crimes and YOU were the judge...what would you sentence him to?

whatever you want them to be, my friend. I just wanted to know what you thought was appropriate. It'll help me understand just how anti-death sentence you are. Because if anyone has ever deserved death, it would have been him.And if you don't like Hitler you can substitute for Manson or someone like that.

I sort of doubt that. Surely there must have been some kind of minimum sentencing requirements. After all, find it extremely hard to believe that it would have even been POSSIBLE for him to have been sentenced to, let's say 6 months in prison.

Okay: let me give you some options:
1.) Life in prison. like...5 million life sentences to be served consecutively.
2.) Death by hanging.
3.) Death by firing squad.
4.) Death by stoning.
5.) Death by electric chair.
What say ye? What does the man who ordered the deaths of millions of men, women and children get, Judge?
Man, I remember when that story broke over here. It's such a disturbing case to hear about, not only being violated like that for 19 hours, but then to try and kill herself just to end it. Just a horrible, horrible case. Though I'm no fan of it, guys like him are the reason the eletric chair was made. Hopefully, she has been getting some psychological help and can, someday, return to as normal a life as possible.elblanquito_81
I don't think anyone could have a normal life after having gone through that.
That was a really messed up and disturbing thing that he did. I just hope he gets what he deserves.

Would all of those execution methods have been ACTUAL options, or are you merely speculating?
Furthermore, if Hitler had been sentenced to life in prison, where would he have been kept?

No, just that was 6 years of my life (4 years old to 10 years) in a couple of lines. So I'm just saying boohoo, i understand what she went through better than anyone who has not.

Actually, all but stoning probably would have been real options.
As for life, assume he would have been kept in a high-security prison. Leaky and cold. Probably some kind of solitary confinement, as the other inmantes would be too dangerous for him.

Okay. Now what is the procedure for picking one method of execution over another?
Read the first 5 sentences. Couldn't read the rest. Rape is something that always makes me squemish. It's like I can see a horror movies with so much gore with no problem with it but when there's a rape scene is just makes me shiver and close my eyes.
I feel so bad for her.:(
