Dragon Ball Z fans, how many of you actually watched Dragon Ball?

It seems to me like a lot of the people who watch DBZ skipped DB. Which is not a good idea.

So my question is: Did you do that?

Also, an FYI. By "Watched" I mean every episode 1 through 153

I only watched Dragonball Z. From the few Dragonball expisodes I watched I don't see why I should watch all of them...

I watched it, but after I watched DBZ.

I must say the flow and overall direction of DB was better.

How ironic, I just started the first season of DBZ today. But no, I haven't watched the original...maybe I should 0.0

I watched it, and I hate how the whole series slowly went downhill. First it was about adventure, quirky characters and misterious locations; then it was about stopping villains from taking over the world; and by the time Z came along, it all boiled down to who could abuse steroids the most. Really sad if you ask me.

I have to say, when I figured out Piccolo used to be a bad guy, my mind was blown.

I am not sure if I have watched all episodes of Dragonball due to the fact I was 2-3 when it first was one television where I'm from and I can't remember that far back. I did love Dragonball though, the whole series defined my childhood.

Dragon Ball was really, really funny. Z was full of awesome action.. I hated GT with a burning passion though. DAT ENDING.

Yes I have watched it all.

DB is the best of the 3 and GT should never have happend, at all.

I liked Z but after the Cell Games saga it just got ridiculous.

I love DB/Z, but I can't stand GT. It had it's moments, but for the most part it was a chore to watch. I keep forgeting to watch Kai though, I need to set up recordings of that again.

Anyone else watch TeamFourStar? I can't get enough. :P If you're a DBZ fan and never seen their abridged series, go to Youtube and type in their name.

I'm not completely sure, but did they also do DeadZone: Abridged and The World's Strongest: Abridged?

I would say that sometimes Dragonball was more in mature content then Dragonball Z odd huh?

I watched Dragon Ball, was awsome, I loved it how Krillin was more powerful that Goku for a little while in training. I also loved the character Launch.

I rewatched Dragonball this year butI saw every episode of DB, DBZ, and even GT when I was a little kid

I watched DBZ first, then Dragonball. I have watched most of the movies as well but I have only seen the about the first 10 episodes of GT

As other users also said, I really liked how in Dragonball the other characters (like Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, etc.) are actually relevant and not getting pwned every fight
