Bill O'Reilly is probably the biggest hypocrite on television. I know Fox gets a lot of cliched hating most of the time, but anything critical of Bill is perfectly justified. He has zero integrity.I like Fox news..:o..and i also like Bill O'Reilly..and Hannity and Colmes(sp?)...

I tend to avoid American news when I can but I still see them pretty often. FOX is pretty bad with the bias though, certainly worse than CNN. When they're actually talking about something non-political they can be alright but the second politics comes up it just gets sad. I don't get why people would want to watch a news channel bias in their political favour though. Isn't that kind of counter intuitive to making informed choices? Ace6301Doesn't CNN have a liberal Bias :?

I like Fox News. All others have a liberal slant.lol no. People who watch FOX news believe other news channels have a liberal slant. FOX is so extremely right wing it's not even funny. Those other news channels you say have a liberal slant are mostly actually middle of the road. See people who watch FOX news see a middle-of-the-road news story and say it has a liberal bias while they look at their FOX news stories and believe that it leans slightly to the right. FOX makes things up. Such as that story concerning the the arctic explorers, who believe in global warming, going to Antarctica and dieing because it was so cold.[QUOTE="Hakkai007"]
Do people here on the Gamespot forums actually like FOX News?
And if so why?

They got that story from the eco-enquirer here: http://www.ecoenquirer.com/south-pole-tragedy.htm
It's odd that they would take the story from the ecoenquirer, the same website that has links to 'floating islands', 'court orders fisherman to apologize to eagle', 'weather wars and area 51' and so on while on their discplaimer it states "All content on this site, being a mixture of parody, satire, and lame humor, is for entertainment purposes only."
Unfortunately they've since taken the story down but it was run as a news story by FOX on March 29, 2010. More info here: http://www.snopes.com/politics/satire/freeze.asp

What liberal bias does CNN have at all? I always think that the political spectrum is extremely swayed in this country.

Ooh let's not start nit picking over what technically racism is. It was not a joke. It was in a speech. She referred to muslims as ragheads. Snipes_2Doesn't CNN have a liberal Bias :? When there is as little difference between parties as there is between the republicans and democrats it's quite hard to not have a bias. Yes CNN does have a bias toward the dems, liberal though they are not. I'm saying CNN is the lesser of the evils not that they somehow aren't bias. "I always think that the political spectrum is extremely swayed in this country." From an outside perspective it is quite slanted toward the right. I mean Canada is quite left wing but our conservative party is more left leaning than the democrats and a party that wasn't even as right wing as the Republicans wasn't political viable.

We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity. We weren't punctilious about locating and punishing only Hitler and his top officers. We carpet-bombed German cities; we killed civilians. That's war. And this is war.
There you go.
[QUOTE="Hakkai007"]Just because you're a liberal/Democrat doesn't mean everyone else is.SO I was just in the junk of junk forum sections (System Wars) and I noticed a mod locked a thread that was titled (G4TV=Fox News of gaming).

Please tell me this is not true.

Okay, Dad.
I watch Fox News, and I get my dose of liberalism by coming to OT. I'm pretty balanced.
All joking aside, I don't only watch or read Fox News. But being a conservative I will, of course, watch things with a conservative bias.

When someone is accused of making hateful, racist comments i believe the fact that they did indeed make hateful comments is all but confirmed when the response is not one attempting to justify their words, but instead diverting the spotlight onto the technical definition of racism. You know exactly what i was saying. ;)The other problem I have with Fox is their heavy bias against Atheists as if we have tails and horns and are children of the devil.
Yes Fox is not the only culprit of bigotry but they are one of the most well known and vocal ones.
Although on Rare occasions a host on one of the shows on Fox News will say something I agree with.

That only happened over the last couple of days, and it's been written about in a couple of newspapers. :| It's not his responsibility to go digging things up for you, if you want to read up about it i'm sure you know the way to Google.
As for the baseball thing, here. He basically flips out because they have a gay couples day but *gasp* straight families are in too, and they're giving away free hats to KIDS. That means KIDS will have to see GAYS.
Thank god for the one or two parents who say they have no problem with it and, to quote one wonderful parent, 'they have just as much right to be here as anyone else.'
The real kicker from Bill:
'This would never have happened in America 10 years ago.'
Oh and 'Disney started this whole gay thing by doing a promotion and now lots of places do it. So now before you go anywhere make sure you check your local listings.'
Because GOD FORBID you run into some gay people....
Oh and one last thing, he said Dumbledore being gay in the Harry Potter books was trying to indoctrinate kids. A guy points out 'i'm pretty sure you can't indoctrinate someone into being gay to which Bill says 'yes but you can indoctrinate them into tolerating it...'
He's a homophobe, in other words. :P
I'm sorry but, "Psycho Talk Tonight" and "Bill O'Reilly can just not stop with the Bigotry" and "IF it will not run in the US it will be because of people like O'Reilly with their Right wing Self Centered Blinders" really lower their credibility for reliable reporting.
