He is an elitest, a liar and completely unqualified for the presidency. Not to mention he has yet to reveal a real plan to bring all of this, "Change" to American.buxboy

He grew up raised by a single mom and worked hard to get an education at the nation's best schools. He's certainly an elite person to have made so much of himself when he started with so little. After law school he could have gone private sector and make tons of $$ but instead taught law and was a community organizer. That's the type of elite that i want.

He's not some guy that was rich because of generations of wealth like GW. That's an elitist.

Yeah, but weren't we after Osama Bin Laden for 9-11?

That makes sense. Osama attacked us so let's get Suddam.

No... You went to Afghanistan for 9/11.

Why do you think he has not revealed a plan yet? Explain what you mean.

He means that none of his policies significantly set him apart from the other people in the Democratic party like Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Al Gore, Ted Kennedy, or even Jimmy Carter.

Which means that you have a plan. Disagreeing with him is different than saying he doesn't have a plan.

He specifically said that he didn't have a plan that would bring about change. How is he going to change anything if he's no different than the same Democracts who have been in power for decades?

Let me ask everything that disagrees with the war one question. Would you rather live in Iraq today, with the US presence, or with Saddam in power? I would actually want to live there before. They actually had a stable society and infrastructure. You were fine as long as you weren't Kurdish or spoke out against the government. Now you cannot even walk through a market without worrying about being blown to pieces.

Ya u wouldn't bea able to have the freedom of speech or be able even look at Sadam without dying!!! I wish u would have lived there. Then u would have a different opinion.

We invaded Afghanistan after 911 because the Taliban was harboring and providing aid to Al Qaeda. We invaded Iraq because they possibly had nuclear weapons and we needed to get Hussein out of power. (If Iran declared they had a nuke, we would be at their door steps tomorrow).

Also, Afghanistan wasn't just a US operation. It was a NATO operation; the Canadians are doing most of the work there too. Once again, NONE of this would've happened if the Soviets won their Afghan war.

Okay, let's see that video, and if it's a video of the National Anthem, I get to laugh at you. I really woudln't care if he didn't anyway.

So you wouldn't care if some one who is formerly muslim, a religion of death and destruction wouldn't say the PLEDGE OF ALEGIANCE??????!!!!! Then dude you need to live in another country.

Wow, so these people who believe all of this crap really do exist. Also, I would not care if he was a Muslim as long as he didn't want a caliphate or something, but frankly there is no way a Muslim would get elected president of the USA anytime soon.

Of course, I see you are quite full of ignorance and bigotry, so I don't even know why I am bothering with this.

Do you know why you still have to worry about that? Because we are not done. Our job is far from over. There is still fighting to be done. What kind of Society is that to live in? Where you have to be in fear because you are of a certain part of the country. Give me a break.

We are not finished in Iraq, and at this rate, it is going to take a very long time to finish the job. If you want to see progress, let our soldiers fight the way we trained them to. Quit with all of the negotiations. Let them fight without the rules of engagement that the insurgents clearly ignore.

We are fighting a religion, that proponents say is based in peace when it is CLEARLY based in hate and torture. If we would just stop politicizing this war and let the troops do the job, you would see a stable Iraq, much better than it ever was under Saddam.

Can you prove that? Did you get a recording of him saying that? Did you interview him? I doubt it. His inteligents was only slightly better than the American people's inteligents when it came to the war. WMDs or not, we still did a good thing by invading Iraq.

to stablize the region. If you overthrow a dictator, the country naturally collapses in shambles. If we just pick up in leave, then Iraq would eventually grow bitter towards the US. Gain power quickly, and attack the US. (see World War I and how it caused WWII; instead of helping Germany we stepped on them).

Barack Obama is not suited to run the greatest nation on Gods green earth. Why? Because of what he stands for, and the fact that he's a liar. He supports: Abortion (fancy word for murdering conscious human lives) Partial birth Abortion (where the baby is halfway out, and they kill it, although it could be born and put up for adoption) Weakening our country's defenses by cutting off millions of dollars of "unnecessary" spending. He will not "arm space". Raising taxes Global warming (now known as "climate change") His discriminating ex-pastor The fact that America needs "change" and "hope" (change and hope for what? For WHAT? ANSWER ME.) Also, he is unexperienced, he clawed his way to the democratic nominee simply be smooth-talking, he changes his mind about major issues A LOT (such as dividing Jerusalem), and he calls himself a Christian when he doesn't act like it in the slightest! Would a tru Christian support the things that HE supports? I don't think so! Also, he SAYS that he was born in America, and yet he refuses to show his birth certificate! Why? See, if you're silent about something, that means that you're hiding something. If he really WAS born in Hawaii, why not show proof? Why hide it? Barack Obama will be worse than Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. Sure, John McCain won't be the best president ever, but he will be better than Barack Obama. Oh yeah, by the way, Hamas and other terrorist agencies want Barack Obama to win the election. Doesn't that say anything to you?

For a different reason. It happens these days because of the insurgents. The real enemy. They are the ones that threaten us, everyday. It is there religion of peace that took a flourish country like Iran and enslaved it with khomeini.

It is our responcibility. We are America. The entire world is our responcibility. Since we stepped into WWI it became so. When things start to go south, anywhere on earth, American is the country that evens things out. You know that. The entire world knows it and we are doing a good thing by trying to stabilize Iraq. Of course most of you wouldn't know, becasue so many of you only get your information from the mainstream media. The media that picks and choses what it wants to report.

He's not some guy that was rich because of generations of wealth like GW. That's an elitist.

John McCain married into money and status.(dumping first wife in the process)

Obama is the very embodiment of the American dream. He deserves the presidancy more than any of the candidates.

How? Because he got everything he has from the Government? Give me a break man, I want someone who will stand up for the country not for himself.

[QUOTE="justis_r"]WHAT!!! WE LIBERATED THEM!! KNOW YOUR ROLE AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!!Boba_Fett_3710

If they are still liberated, why do they need American troops there?

Becaseu we now have the threat of the insurgents to deal with. This came AFTER Saddam was out of power.

Can't you see that?

When things start to go south, anywhere on earth, American is the country that evens things out.buxboy

Really? Then how come we aren't in the countries that actually have nukes (N Korea)? How much do we spend on feeding starving people in Africa vs supporting wars? You really believe that our foreign policy is based on helping people just for the heck of it?

And McCain can do that? He wasn't even man enough to pay his wife's hospital bills. Ross Perot stepped in and took responsibility on McCains part. McCain was banging other broads while his wife was in a wheelchair.

If that's the character you want for the leader of the country, be my guest.

Because we were already in a war in the Middle east, why not unseat a horrible dictator while we were there?

buxboy

Because we then utterly and completely failed to get our intended target. The one who was (and is) a real threat to the USA.

Osama is on the loose as we speak and instead of having troops look for him diligently, we are spending billions of dollars a week on babysitting a country that isn't even our responsibility.

We don't get involved in many things. I love how we stopped the genocide in Rwanda, how we stopped the Iranian revolution, how we sat back and watched the Chinese massacre people at Tiananmen square, how we didn't step in for anything when S. America was about to explode in war a couple months ago. Americans started getting involved with a lot of things when they wanted to destroy the Soviet Union; in the process we traineb in laden, helped out the taliban, and set up dictatorships everywhere.

[QUOTE="famicommander"]He specifically said that he didn't have a plan that would bring about change. How is he going to change anything if he's no different than the same Democracts who have been in power for decades?Engrish_Major

When did he say that?

" Not to mention he has yet to reveal a real plan to bring all of this, "Change" to America" Right there.

I never said it was just because. It is because we are the most powerful and great country on earth. We have everything every other country. We spend tens of billions of dollars helping people in Afrika, that frankly do not deserve it. We are not dealing with North Korea right now because it is not a threat right now. They have yet to get a working missile within range of this country. Places like the middle east are a breeding ground for insurgents and terrorists who wish to disrupt our way of life and they are very capable of doing so.

Great point. America doesn't care. There is nothing of value in Korea or Africa. Iraq is nothing but another dollar in the pockets of the oil tycoons in the administration.

Explain to me how in earth stopping what was happening in Rwanda would have helped us?

We also played big roles in things like the revolution in Iran. Of course, would you know this? No, the mainstream media would NEVER reveal anything like that.

More than any other country on the planet.
