Selling out one game doesn't make it the new national sport you know...
not yet.
the best thing about the sport growing in the uk at a fast rate is that so many of you just dont WANT it to be there. I dont see why it would matter. If you dont like it, then dont watch it. but the thing is, so many of you are and the ones that dont cant handle that other people do. Why?
Lets all laugh at the weak armor padded players who fight it out and actually scream in pain when hit. The moment they stop wearing all that padded armor and get the helmets off I might actually being enjoying it. But until then get off my island.People would die without helmits, people would get seriously injured and careers would be shortened by God knows how many years without the pads you speak of.
Football is just too tough on the body to do without pads. Players are too strong, too fast, too big, and take huge hits to survive without anything.
thats actually a faulty argument. because without the pads the game would be different. people wouldn't hit as hard because they risk injuring themselves in the process. it'd be a different game
You just nailed it, you will not feel invincible without pads hence why you will not charge at someone with a great amount of force. But still, in Rugby, our players get injured easily still.
