I've been there, Drac. Believe me. There was a time when everything in my life was hell. my loved ones dying. My stepmom and dad not caring a bit about me. And in the midst of it all, God seemed nowhere at all. And yet, somehow, I survived. And then now, as I look back at the things I've been through, and at who I am now, it's amazing what God has done in my life, and who I am now. I can't ever let the circumstances define me, because oftentimes, things can be bad. But we have hope. And if God does not exist, then all of this is meaningless. I want to talk about this, message me if you want to. I'll pray for you...

Also, I know that prayer sometimes feels empty. It sometimes feels forced. It's like..."Am I crazy? Am I talking to an imaginary friend? Is anybody out there?" I've been there, and sometimes I still am. May you find the beauty in the pain, and may you somehow make it through this with your faith in the everlasting hope intact. There is a light that never goes out, my friend. Peace, and may love find you in the darkness you now are facing.

Actually...one more thing. Jesus questioned God too. So don't think that your questioning is terrible. God is a mystery. God is a paradox. God is something we can both comprehend and can not. IT's funny, really, because when people say this, it becomes empty, and it seems like a cop-out. But remember back to when you first felt God, when you felt His presence in your life...it's hard to deny that.

You get more breaks then you even realize. I was watching the discovery channel where these asian guys have to walk like 6 miles to a sulfur mine with crude picks and have to carry the huge chunks back with no trucks carts or baskets, for like 3 dollars a day? BUT yeah youve got it real tuff! wahhh no internet im soooo deprived

God doesn't help you through the hard times, you have to get yourself through them. Even if I would accept the idea of a god, I would not entrust him my life so wastefully to his powers and plan being there to help me. The poor don't resume life by praying.

Sorry, I hate replies like that. Whether you believe in god or not, your actions make who you are, can't give god credit for that.
